From a grind workout written by a US Army Ranger friend entitled “Insidious Hell” of a 60-minute/60-round EMOM: -3 strict pull-ups -6 pushups -9 air squats ….to a 300lb. clean & jerk PR, my arm still feels great. More pitching video soon.

First 60’ bullpen session at 100% in almost 3 years. - 2 windup fastballs - 2 stretch fastballs - 2 change ups

After the 2+ year roller coaster ride of injury, procedures, rehab, PT, & training, I am finally ready to get back on the mound and field. I plan to enroll this fall & compete next spring. Pitching videos will soon follow.

Today was a great finale at the UT Kickoff Tournament with an 8-1 victory! The bats came alive with 14 hits, & 2023 RHP John Sullivan went the distance, pitching a 7-inning 1 hit game, with 7 SO’s and 0 ER’s. @factory_hustle
