I’m sorry. If you don’t get paid vacation from work, you live in a third world country. If you don’t get basic healthcare free, you live in a third world country. If you don’t get paid maternity and paternity leave, if you don’t get paid from work and the government when you’re off sick, then you live in a third world country. If your government doesn’t force employers to give you a contract after a trial period so your employer has certain rights to uphold when it comes to loyalty back to you as a worker, so you feel safe and secure when you work hard, then you live in a third world country. These are the very basics we come to expect In Europe and The U.K. This is the very least we will accept. This year I have 52 paid vacation days off from work. This would not include paid sick days, time for doctor’s appointments or paid time off for looking after my child or taking them to the doctors. Some employees like mine pay a little extra for working from home, for electric, for internet and aditional money for food for when I work. We have very good free education. Americans travel to Europe just for the free universities to study without drowning in debt whilst living in the most beautiful cities. These universities that for some subjects are the best in the world. It is physically illegal for my employer to contact me on my day off or outside of my contracted working hours. Some of these things which can vary country to country in Europe are the very basics of what we expect living in a European country. The very minimum. Yet we get told by MAGA that we live wrong, and we should change our values, and that America represents freedom. And we should follow what this government administration wants. What is it to be free? Just to be allowed to have guns? To protect what? To protect yourself from your government? The truth is sadly, that there is no Freedom in America. I say these things above so Americans know what you should demand from your leaders, because none of the above is taught to you. Now this is the Truth you need to hear: For education America is 13th in reading, 18th in science, 37th in math among 79 countries. College debt is over $1.7 trillion and average borrower owes $30,000+. America has the highest incarceration rate in the world…. You have around 25% of the whole world’s prisoners, but only 4% of the global population…. Over 2 million people currently incarcerated in the U.S. You have the most expensive healthcare system globally, yet it ranks #30 in overall health care. U.S. has higher infant mortality and lower life expectancy than many developed nations by far. 1 in 7 American children live in poverty. Roughly 11 million children 90% of your wealth is with 1% of people. America has over 40,000 gun-related deaths annually. And even for tech… The U.S. ranks 13th–20th in internet speed globally. Why would they tell you what you are missing? Why would they tell you what you should demand and expect as tax paying citizens… Seek Freedom, Seek Real Freedom. Not the Freedom They Sold You. The one they sold to you wasn’t free.

But inherently, we are human, we live to love the people we care about, and we can sympathise with people we do not now, people we have never met, and with a nation we have never been too..... because, we are human... anything else is inhumane..... anything else is despicable and disgusting and inexcusable. You cannot distinguish this from the start of World War 2. You cannot tell how this is not the same. When good people fail to do enough. And the devastation that followed. But we are here. Regardless of a belief that this would stop in Ukraine, which it won't. We know that just for this one country, this is too much, this is not okay. And that we will never fucking turn a blind eye. Every day we care, and we do small things, small things that multiply, and together we achieve big things. Together, we have been fucking fierce and mighty, a force to be reconned with. Something that cannot be stopped. We know within ourselves that we will never stop fighting and doing what we can. People may not understand us. But i'm reaching into my heart and telling you. What YOU do. YOU the person reading this. You have changed opinions. You have stopped at least one person believing Russian propaganda. YOU have saved at least one life, Atleast. Through your passion of being a good fucking human. You have made a difference in this world. Never underestimate the power of us. We have learned to love each other through the devastation in Ukraine, We have learned how important these people we never knew are to us. Never give up on them. Now, this is nothing, but I'm sure we all know there are people among us that do things that we cannot fathom or understand. The gods among us that started charities, and took physical action, we must always help them in any way we can. You have no fucking idea how much a $2 donation means to them, a £5 donation rather than buying a coffee, they turn our everday money into life saving money. The smaller donations are the backbone to many of these charities, they keep them going. You would not believe the power of many. Please donate and give what you can. If you cannot give, then I admire you more, if you struggle yourself, then it's more commendable to care about people across the world struggling in different ways rather than thinking about yourself. But one thing we can all do is share the cause we support. Give them exposure, and make them understand we believe in their causes. Remember, that in the future, when Ukraine is free and Russia is done. We can tell our children, our grandchildren........ That we did our part. BREAKING: Donald Trump shoots himself in the foot by firing employees at the International Trade Administration — the Commerce Department branch responsible for enforcing his own disastrous trade agenda. MAGA truly is the intersection of incompetence and idiocy... The ITA is responsible for promoting American industries and exports abroad, which is something that Trump has staked out as a central pillar of his agenda. However, DOGE fired probationary employees at the ITA last month, which in turn makes it much harder for the agency to execute its duties. Probationary workers are those have been either hired or promoted in the last year or two. Trump apologists have tried to paint such employees as disposable but if you were recently promoted it obviously means that you are valuable to the organization. Some of our best federal workers have been caught up in this net and terminated. "The morale has hit a complete rock bottom," one ITA employee told The Hill. "The way people have been fired, it’s just such an egregious act, and with zero [regard] for however long that person has worked there, or how they’ve contributed." "It almost seems like by cutting all these people, it’s in effect undermining the goals of the administration,” they said. These firings directly contradict Trump's stated goals and will likely exacerbate the trade deficits that he is constantly whining about. "If President Trump genuinely cares about improving the trade balance, boosting US exports and restricting imports where it’s appropriate, the ITA plays a critical role in that," said Edward Alden, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. "It would seem to me that a strong ITA fits very well with the way Trump has traditionally described the goals of his trade agenda," he added. "One of the big priorities of the administration is to make sure that U.S. companies are exporting, that there’s U.S. leadership in specific sectors," one former ITA employee told The Hill. "These are critical things that the administration wants to do," they went on. "They want to establish leadership in certain industries, and proceeded to let go people that were directly implementing those policies and worked in those sectors and advocated for US industry." BREAKING: J.P. Morgan’s chief economist warns that there is now a staggering 40% chance of a full-blow recession thanks to Donald Trump — as well as a profound risk to the country’s status as an investment destination. This is a five-alarm fire for the economy… "Where we stand now is with a heightened concern about the U.S. economy," said Bruce Kasman, the bank's top global economist. He had previously pegged the recession odds at 30% at the start of the year, but Trump’s disastrous tariffs and unpredictable behavior have thrown the markets into chaos. Kasman warned that the recession risk could hit 50% or higher if Trump implements the reciprocal tariffs that he’s floated. "If we would continue down this road of what would be more disruptive, business-unfriendly policies, I think the risks on that recession front would go up," Kasman said. He predicted that investors could lose faith in U.S. assets due to Trump’s unpredictable — and at times utterly inscrutable — governance style. Such trust takes decades to build and might never return if lost. "The U.S. seems to have established itself as a place where people can be comfortable about rule of law ... comfortable about the integrity of information flow, and they can be comfortable that the government isn't going to be, in unexpected ways, getting involved in the rules of the game," said Kasman. "The term which has been in place for a very long time is that we have 'exorbitant privilege'. That we end up paying a much lower cost for financing our deficits and debt, we have much greater capital flows and attractiveness of the dollar and assets, because of these things," he added. "The risk that that stuff starts to come under pressure and becomes a structural issue in the markets is not something I would, by any means, underplay,” said Kasman. Economists at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley have downgraded their forecasts for U.S. GDP growth to 1.7% and 1.5% respectfully. Apparently, he thinks that there are rules of fair play to a trade war and that Canada should simply take their licks without hitting back. The surcharge was implemented under Ontario's Premier Doug Ford, who called Trump's tariffs a "disaster for the U.S. economy" that are "making life more expensive for American families and businesses." "Until the threat of tariffs is gone for good, Ontario won’t back down. We’ll stand strong, use every tool in our toolkit and do whatever it takes to protect Ontario," said Ford. The surcharge affects some 1.5 million homes and businesses in Michigan, Minnesota, and New York and will cost roughly $400,000 a day. "Because our Tariffs are reciprocal, we’ll just get it all back on April 2," Trump continued in his post, once again displaying a profound ignorance as to how tariffs work. "Canada is a Tariff abuser, and always has been, but the United States is not going to be subsidizing Canada any longer," he added. "We don’t need your Cars, we don’t need your Lumber, we don’t your Energy, and very soon, you will find that out. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!" Of course, if the United States really didn't need Canada's electricity, Trump wouldn't be throwing a fit over the new surcharge. The fact that he's this upset about it proves that we do need that electricity. And he wasn't done there. Trump followed up the post hours later— "Based on Ontario, Canada, placing a 25% Tariff on 'Electricity' coming into the United States, I have instructed my Secretary of Commerce to add an ADDITIONAL 25% Tariff, to 50%, on all STEEL and ALUMINUM COMING INTO THE UNITED STATES FROM CANADA, ONE OF THE HIGHEST TARIFFING NATIONS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD," he wrote on Truth Social. "This will go into effect TOMORROW MORNING, March 12th." The stock market is already cratering thanks to Trump's disastrous tariffs. Imagine how bad it's going to get if he implements more... "Also, Canada must immediately drop their Anti-American Farmer Tariff of 250% to 390% on various U.S. dairy products, which has long been considered outrageous," he continued. "I will shortly be declaring a National Emergency on Electricity within the threatened area. This will allow the U.S to quickly do what has to be done to alleviate this abusive threat from Canada," Trump added. It's unclear what this "National Emergency" declaration will actually entail but it's worth noting that we never required anything like this under President Biden. "If other egregious, long time Tariffs are not likewise dropped by Canada, I will substantially increase, on April 2nd, the Tariffs on Cars coming into the U.S. which will, essentially, permanently shut down the automobile manufacturing business in Canada," Trump went on. "Those cars can easily be made in the USA!" "Also, Canada pays very little for National Security, relying on the United States for military protection. We are subsidizing Canada to the tune of more than 200 Billion Dollars a year. WHY???" he added "This cannot continue." It was then that Trump pivoted to his favorite, idiotic idea: the United States annexing our neighbor to the north. "The only thing that makes sense is for Canada to become our cherished Fifty First State. This would make all Tariffs, and everything else, totally disappear," he wrote. "Canadians’ taxes will be very substantially reduced, they will be more secure, militarily and otherwise, than ever before, there would no longer be a Northern Border problem, and the greatest and most powerful nation in the World will be bigger, better and stronger than ever — And Canada will be a big part of that."
