It's pretty frustrating that, still, people refuse to *get* this. It has absolutely *nothing* to do with how many away fans go to games. It has *everything* to do with the state of the club, how it should be viewed as a ground zero build. People don't truly understand how far behind SWFC is after years of neglect. You wouldn't believe some of the work that is required. Getting rid of all this talk of being a 'big club' or a 'giant' or 'massive' is vital to embracing the amount of work to be done, because in the context of where Wednesday are right now, they are *not* big, they are a *mile* behind their peers and the challenge facing this club is *huge*. They are not in the conscious of football because they haven't done a thing for 30 years. Nothing about my point was to do with the quantity of away fans. If people want to ignore what I said and moan at me because they think I don't understand that SWFC have great away fans (I have eyes, and broadcast from away games, and mention the away support all of the time on air) then you are doing yourself a huge disservice.

But we were told by the Radio Sheffield reporter that we can’t call ourselves massive anymore! It’s always been in humour rather than arrogance but unsurprisingly that’s been lost on those with a sense of humour bypass. Not bad to say we’ve been irrelevant for 26 years is it?
