It's been more than 90 days since organizers of #SPXCEJXM and @bookmyshow stole people's money to cancel an event. Zero communication, zero shame, zero responsibility. We are talking about Rs 5K per ticket. Waiting for @SonyLIV to make a new docuseries on this scam.

And this is despite multiple NCH complaints, e-Daakhil complaints and an FIR filing. Shameless

@bookmyshow 3 months, 0 communication on the #spxcejxm concert refunds and we have to make time within our busy schedules to wait in customer support queue just to hear you say "no updates from the organisers" till God knows how long. @paytminsider definitely does things better.

@Kodaline @Kodaline rlly wish you guys knew we're yet to receive our @spxcejxm.in cancellation refunds from @bookmyshowin, or even any communication regarding It. The worse part is they've blocked all sorts of communication medium with no response despite multiple consumer court filings
