@1903Lounge Priority Pass website says we can now access your lounge in T2 MAN for a small additional upgrade fee payable directly at the front desk on arrival, how much is the additional fee ? Thanks

In February I booked the @1903Lounge in @manairport to be told 2 weeks before it’s been cancelled for the 5 of us . Which celebrity has rang you up to book #absolutelyjoke . Please explain why
@1903Lounge we have got lounge booked for Oct from BRS,email from TA to say they've upgraded us to Escape Lounge which is downgrade,not showing availability on BRS website from end of Apr but avail after that on other websites, what's going on?

@1903Lounge Spoke to someone last weds regarding pre authorisation for the lounge in bristol. Promised an email by friday.... NOTHING! travelling early tomorrow so now no lounge for anyone. Absolute joke and shambles of a company
@1903Lounge I have just been to your lounge & asked to enter before our trip. The card machine went offline so payment couldn't be made. I had cash but they refused to accept & the manager at the other terminal refused to take payment over the phone
Awful service & no flexibility
@1903Lounge we used your lounge just before Christmas. It was abysmal, all of the empty tables were covered in dirty dishes/glasses,the tables weren’t cleaned,there were lots of children (not just some) & dreadful shorts & football shirts were everywhere. £100 wasted,disgraceful
@1903Lounge have just booked for March but confused about how long you allow people to stay. The booking form says up to 2.5 hours but the faq’s say 2. Have used all the other lounges and it’s never been as strictly monitored as the comments on Tripadvisor say this one is
@1903Lounge after 1/2 hour queue to get into an alleged premium lounge told we have to queue again. Customer service is rubbish
