@1903Lounge we have got lounge booked for Oct from BRS,email from TA to say they've upgraded us to Escape Lounge which is downgrade,not showing availability on BRS website from end of Apr but avail after that on other websites, what's going on?

@1903Lounge I have just been to your lounge & asked to enter before our trip. The card machine went offline so payment couldn't be made. I had cash but they refused to accept & the manager at the other terminal refused to take payment over the phone Awful service & no flexibility

@1903Lounge we used your lounge just before Christmas. It was abysmal, all of the empty tables were covered in dirty dishes/glasses,the tables weren’t cleaned,there were lots of children (not just some) & dreadful shorts & football shirts were everywhere. £100 wasted,disgraceful

@1903Lounge have just booked for March but confused about how long you allow people to stay. The booking form says up to 2.5 hours but the faq’s say 2. Have used all the other lounges and it’s never been as strictly monitored as the comments on Tripadvisor say this one is
