As he stands with one of the bombers of the Old Bailey that caused the victim to suffer..
Cool FM News@newsoncool

🚨BREAKING: Gerry Adams welcomes end of 'case that should never have been taken' and has 'nothing but sympathy for claimants'. 🗣Former @sinnfeinireland President @GerryAdamsSF has welcomed the “emphatic end” of a High Court damages claim against him by three victims of Provisional IRA bombings, saying the case “should never have been brought”. 🎤Chief Reporter @jamesgould23 was in Belfast. On the final day of a two-week trial, lawyers for the victims said the claim against the former Sinn Féin president had been “discontinued” with “no order as to costs”. John Clark, a victim of the 1973 Old Bailey bombing in London; Jonathan Ganesh, a victim of the 1996 London Docklands bombing; and Barry Laycock, a victim of the 1996 Arndale shopping centre bombing in Manchester, had sued Mr Adams for £1 in damages. The case centred on allegations he was a leading member of the Provisional IRA at the time, including on its Army Council. Mr Adams told the court in London he had “no involvement whatsoever” in the bombings and was never a member of the Provisional IRA. His lawyers argued the case should be thrown out as an abuse of process. After a delay to proceedings on Friday, Ms Studd told the court the case would be discontinued after “developments overnight”. She said the development was “related” to arguments around whether the claim was an “abuse of process”. The judge, Mr Justice Swift, said: “I am happy to make an order in the terms the parties have agreed.”

Gerry Adams states in court the British are ignorant of Irish history and he's right. He is being sued in a civil case in London for not telling anyone he was in The IRA.No doubt we will soon see a Mariachi band march down Falls Road with banners reading "Ask Me If I Was in the IRA." Why should he bend ?Here'sNo court has ever proved he is guilty. One of the chief witnesses in the current case has admitted he never met Adams. He has apologised and met IRA victims. The British have continued to drum roll their imperialist ambition (rather small, think Falklands) The imperial power never understood why the Irish could not understand all about Britain. Today in all schools, local, British and world history are on the curruculum but the pupil has options not to take any class. The paltry British history that is taught is about great battles (Waterloo, Trafalgar, Culloden, Spanish Armada, Hastings 1066. Bosworth Field. There is very little teaching of The Famine, the single most catastrophic disaster in all of Europe in the 19th century. There are far more serious issues than whether or not Adams was in and out of the IRA. The Glenanne gang, composed of rogue RUC, army paramilitary and MI5 agents killed in the region of 120 innocent Catholics mostly around mid Northern Ireland. How about a proper inquiry into that disgrace and stop wasting everyone's time,. Innocent victims during The Troubles need to know the truth

There are many false claims in this letter but let me address one specifically: that "Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation."   This is the same false claim that Democrats and some in the liberal media have been repeating over and over.   As President Trump has clearly and explicitly stated, he had strong and compelling evidence that Iran was going to attack the United States first.   This evidence was compiled from many sources and factors. President Trump would never make the decision to deploy military assets against a foreign adversary in a vacuum.   Iran is the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. The Iranian regime is evil. It proudly killed Americans, waged war against our country, and openly threatened us all the way up to the launch of Operation Epic Fury.   Iran was aggressively expanding their short-range ballistic missiles to combine with their naval assets to give themselves immunity – meaning they would have a degree of a capabilities that would give them immunity to hold us and the rest of the world hostage.   The regime aimed to use those ballistic missiles as a shield to continue achieving their ultimate goal – nuclear weapons.   The President, through his top negotiators, gave the regime every single possible opportunity to abandon this unacceptable course by permanently giving up their nuclear ambitions in exchange for sanctions relief, free nuclear fuel, and potential economic partnerships with our country.   But they would not say yes to peace because obtaining nuclear weapons was their fundamental goal.   President Trump ultimately made the determination that a joint attack with Israel would greatly reduce the risk to American lives that would come from a first strike by the terrorist Iranian regime and address this imminent threat to America’s national security interests.   All of this led to President Trump arriving at the determination that this military operation was necessary for U.S. national security, which is why he launched the massively successful Operation Epic Fury. The Commander-in-Chief determines what does and does not constitute a threat, because he is the one constitutionally empowered to do so - and because the American people went to the ballot box and entrusted him and him alone to make such final judgments. And finally, the absurd allegation that President Trump made this decision based on the influence of others, even foreign countries, is both insulting and laughable. President Trump has been remarkably consistent and has said for DECADES that Iran can NEVER possess a nuclear weapon. As someone who actually witnesses President Trump’s decision-making process on a daily basis, I can attest to the fact that he is always looking to do what’s in the best interest of the United States of America — period. America First.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

There is absolutely no way that an October 7th mural would remain intact in the centre of Dublin. And every Irish person knows that. And yet, somehow, they will insist that there is no antisemitism here.
Lorin Bell-Cross@lorintbc

In Budapest I got emotional that an October 7 mural - Israeli flag and all - was intact with no vandalism. Despite the mayor’s claims about London’s tolerance and openness, this could never happen in central London. And you can see why, when a bakery is triggering to left wing Guardian columnists.

The best thing about Trump's latest Truth Social post will be watching newsreaders wince as they quote his reference to "deranged scumbags".

If there ever will be a United Ireland not only do unionists have to decide their position in it but SF has to decide the change needed to make Unionists welcome and comfortable. SF at the moment seems unable to prepare for the necessary changes. ! !!

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm quite open to the downfall of a dictatorship that tortures its own citizens, treats women like property, funds global terror and is run by deranged religious fanatics. It seems pretty obvious, when you think about it.

I'm seeing a lot of video clips of jubilant Iranian people on X this morning. I hope they can finally take back control of their country from the evil regime that held them down for 47 years.

MITCHELL NAME REMOVED George Mitchell's name has been removed from the Mitchell Scholarship organisation the BBC has reported. The former Maine senator played a huge role in the Irishs peace process. New documents that were contained in the release of the latest Epstein documents revealed new information The move came after years of speculation that Michell was one of the major political figures caught up in the Epstein scandal The news is a huge blow for Mitchell CEO Trina Vargo. Scholars past and present and puts the program in jeopardy . !2 or so scholars spent a year studying in Ireland, based on the Rhodes Scholarship.

French President Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz released a joint statement that said: "The Iranian authorities have the responsibility to protect their own population and must allow for the freedom of expression and peaceful assembly without fear of reprisal." The Irish government which for over two years has obsessively issued unilateral & joint statements condemning Israel, while ignoring the complexity of Israel/Palestinian conflict, totally silent. Reports emerging from Iran of some hospitals overwhelmed treating casualties of regime. No future pronouncements of members of current Irish government on ME or human rights entitled to any credibility.

It’s mind blowing to see the professional political protesters here in Ireland adding more virtue signalling flags to their bios. The people of Venezuela don’t want your pity, they are celebrating and thanking America.
