@Trantor__ Hebrews 4 says there remains a Sabbath rest for God’s people [Hebrews 4:9]. It does not say replaced, it say REMAINS. If the Sabbath was only a shadow, why does Isaiah say it continues in the new earth? [Isaiah 66:22–23]. Shadows don’t extend into eternity. #LogicFlipped

@__thebenjamins @Jesusackey @Ukpahiojojames If nothing is required, then nothing is sin. That nullifies the entire gospel. I already answered you. Salvation is by grace. Obedience follows. You just said obedience doesn’t matter at all.

On the Day of Atonement, two goats stood before Israel [Leviticus 16:5–10]. One was for the Lord and its sacrifice spoke of cleansing and forgiveness [Leviticus 16:15–19]. The other was sent away into the wilderness with the sins of the people placed upon it [Leviticus 16:20–22]. That goat was not a sacrifice for sin. It was a picture of sin being removed. The people watched the priest confess the sins of Israel over its head [Leviticus 16:21]. Then they watched it go out into a land no one lived in [Leviticus 16:22]. It was not coming back. Sin was sent away because God was making a point. He was showing them that there would come a time when sin would be dealt with in a final way [Hebrews 9:26]. This is not an Ellen G. White teaching, this is straight from Scripture. Understand this well. There is an accuser in this world. Scripture calls him the accuser of the brethren [Revelation 12:10]. He works with guilt the way a craftsman works with his tools. He takes what is true and twists it [John 8:44]. He takes what is forgiven and brings it up again [Zechariah 3:1–2]. He takes what is sincere and calls it something else. Many people live under this cloud, never feeling good enough, never feeling clean, never feeling free. The message of the scapegoat, however, invites us to remember that the guilt placed on it was no longer on the people [Leviticus 16:22]. They had confessed it [Leviticus 16:21]. They had placed their trust in the priest who acted for them [Hebrews 5:1]. And they watched their sins being taken away [Psalm 103:12]. That is God’s message to us today. Our hope is not in how well we carry the burden. Our hope is in the One who carries it for us [Isaiah 53:4–6]. Christ is our High Priest [Hebrews 4:14–16]. He takes our sin. He takes our guilt. He takes the whole record and handles it in a way we never could [1 John 1:9]. The scapegoat pointed forward to the final judgment when Satan will bear the responsibility for the ruin he has caused [Revelation 20:1–3, 10]. Scripture says that when Christ returns His reward is with Him [Revelation 22:12]. That tells us that the judgment takes place before He comes [Daniel 7:9–10]. God is not deciding if He wants to save us. He is revealing the truth about our choice to trust Him or not [Ecclesiastes 12:13–14]. He is showing the universe that His grace really does transform hearts [Ephesians 2:8–10]. And then He will remove sin once and for all [Nahum 1:9]. The final blame will be placed where it belongs. There are many today who feel crushed under their own failures. They wonder if God still wants them [Psalm 34:18]. They wonder if their case is hopeless. But the message of the Day of Atonement is a message of hope. You can bring your sin to Jesus [Matthew 11:28]. You can stand before Him just as you are. You can admit your need [Psalm 51:17]. And He will cleanse you [Isaiah 1:18]. He will take the burden [1 Peter 5:7]. He will place the responsibility for sin where it belongs. Your place is to trust Him [Proverbs 3:5–6]. His work is to save you [John 6:37]. The scapegoat story tells us that guilt is not the final word. God is [Romans 8:33–34]. Satan will not carry on forever [Revelation 20:10]. There will be an end to every false charge and every dark whisper [Isaiah 25:8]. Christ stands in our favor [1 John 2:1]. He lifts our burden and calls us clean [Hebrews 10:22]. One day every trace of sin will be gone [Revelation 21:4]. And God will say to the believer who trusted Him, You are mine [Isaiah 43:1]. Come and rest [Hebrews 4:9–11]. That is the hope of every weary soul.

They called Noah a fool. They called Elijah a troubler. They said Jesus had a demon [John 8:48], and they mocked Him as a glutton and a drunkard [Matthew 11:19]. Then they accused Him of casting out demons by Satan [Matthew 12:24]. They called Paul a pest and a troublemaker [Acts 24:5]. They called Elisha “baldhead” [2 Kings 2:23]. They called Jeremiah a traitor and threw him into a pit [Jeremiah 38:4–6]. They said John the Baptist had a demon [Matthew 11:18]. Same pattern every time. Calling Adventists a cult does not bother us, because we know we are in good company, and we understand that when truth shows up, resistance naturally follows. If no one is calling you something, you may not be standing for anything.

The world will be chaotic, trouble on every side, and the Antichrist will be the one the world looks to, to solve the issues and bring peace. But this is a false peace, and it will not hold. It will embolden the Antichrist and lead the world to rely on him instead of Christ. And all the world will wonder after the beast. The Antichrist and the first beast are the same religious-political power. Wake up, people!

@BeBerean7 @whosearprepper You were here last week singing the same song, and was all talk then. You are even more emotional now. But, as I said the last time, if you are here to discuss scripture, fine. If not you will be blocked, as I refuse to babysit hecklers. Last chance! Good day, Sir.

Do you want true progress in life? In your Career, business, marriage? Then do not make a move without the fear of God. Because that is where progress begins. It will guide your decisions, order your steps, and keep you where you ought to be. Happy Sabbath

One of the requirements of being part of the remnant is keeping the TEN commandments. The other is, having the faith OF Jesus. If you're unknowingly not keeping all Ten, including the Sabbath, you will not be part of the remnant. #FACTS

If obedience is automatically labeled “works righteousness,” then every command of God becomes optional. That’s not the gospel. The issue is simple. Does grace transform the life or not? If it does, it will align with what God commanded. Now, prove, with Scripture, the statement I made, at the start of this thread, is incorrect.

Ellen White was a prophet just as Moses, Elijah, Isaiah, Paul, John and Jeremiah etc were Isaiah 8:16 Bind up the testimony, Seal the law among my disciples. Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Verily My Sabbaths ye shall keep,” the Lord says, “for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you” (Exodus 31:13). Some will seek to place obstacles in the way of Sabbath observance, saying, “You do not know what day is the Sabbath,” but they seem to understand when Sunday comes, and have manifested great zeal in making laws compelling its observance.—Last Day Events Ellen White #777" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">m.egwwritings.org/en/book/39.768…
