Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC is delighted to welcome David Proctor back to the club as our new physiotherapist. David is a familiar face at the Caledonian Stadium, having played for the club in two spells between 2004 and 2006 and between 2007 and 2009. David also played for Dundee United, Airdrie, FC Edmonton and East Kilbride, where he also was assistant manager. He has also been Manager at Lowland League side Cumbernauld Colts. In 2019, he graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. David is getting settled in with his new role and will speak to ictfc.com in the coming weeks about his role at the club. 📷 @TMPfoto

We can confirm that we have mutually agreed with Paul Woods to part ways. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Paul for his immense efforts on and off the park over the years. A positive and inspirational figure in the dressing room, Woodsy has contributed 14 goals across his three spells at Stair Park, and will be fondly remembered by Blues supporters for years to come. To witness Woodsy return to the field and surpass 100 appearances for Stranraer, after a potentially career ending injury, has been incredibly special. Our very best wishes go to Paul for the future, from all at the club.
