How long would it take you to 2nd fix all of this? 15x single sockets 1x 2 gang dimmer 1x 6 way grid switch. 1x heat alarm 3x smoke alarms 7x pendants 3x batten holders 2x thermostats 2x flex outlets 1x Towel rail fused spur 1x tv/bt Did it in around 6 hours. Was I slow?

Haven't done a 3 phase board in a while this ones coming along

Double socket spur from the grid switch had no earth. Someone put it in a connector block, I connected it back with the others. And the RCD tripped. How lazy do you have to be to not replace a bit of cable? This is on a new build that hasn't even been sold yet.

Backbox upside-down, cover the right way up. Four was done this way. How thick do you have to be to keep fitting it, knowing it didn't work the first time.

@1998Spark We use SWA earth nuts on everything now, no more brass bolts and banjos, good on metal and plastic. No more hole to screw the IP rating either.

I'm sick of fire protection installers. They pulled the cables down to fill in the inside of the trunking🤦‍♂️ They aren't even going to get paid to re-do this seal. Just use your heads will you, no lid on trunking means it's not finished.
