Crime Stoppers of Niagara @niagaratips is issuing an urgent appeal to find a retired Canadian military veteran, Katrina "Trina" Blagdon, 37, who vanished in St. Catharines on Dec. 31. Blagdon, retired in 2016 as a M/Cpl. after serving 14 years, including a tour in Afghanistan.
