@OhmeEV Another 4 weeks have passed and still my charger isn’t working. Every time I think Ohme couldn’t possibly be any more incompetent/ignorant/negligent they find a way. To anyone reading this and considering an Ohme charger, I urge you to reconsider

@OhmeEV not sure I’ve ever had worse customer service from a business than I’ve had for the past year from Ohme. I still don’t have 2 working chargers and I’m convinced that everyone I speak to at Ohme couldn’t care less. If only I could turn back time….

@dazngroup Why do you make it impossible to cancel a subscription or actually talk to anyone? Your website is unhelpful and the automated customer service is essentially useless. I’m being charged £19.99 a month for a service I don’t want.
