What a successful first season for our San Diego Swablus going 24-3 in 3 cycles! This cycle they were able to double jump after dominating the copper tier! They set an ambitious goal and we are proud of their growth and effort as they worked together to achieve it! #flyhigh

Made it 9 (last one was questionable) pull ups! Hopefully will do 10 solid pull ups by end of the month but my grip is holding me back. I'll incorporate some deadhangs to improve my grip.

One of my New Years resolutions is to get back into playing chess at a high level again. To go from a New York state champ at 12 to barely 1500 ELO is ridiculous. By the end of 2023, I'm going to have my 2000+ ELO back.

Been looking at UL Defense Deoxy IVs and I decided I will try to hunt for 15/15/12 It has the same DEF stats as the Rank 1 but has a counter breakpoint against the rank 1s G-Stunfisk/talonflame/abomasnow/charizard/shadow lax/ in exchange for 3 less HP. Which IVs are you making?

@pvpoke With counter its a better and more versatile Vigoroth . IB let's its not be walled trevenant and can really threaten altaria and fliers. TB is also great for Azu/Skarm/Jellicent and neutral coverage. Even gyroball has its uses in niche cases.
