As it was so sunny today I headed back down to Orlestone forest to try for Large Tortoiseshell. We tried Fagg's wood today and were highly successful with at least 2 individuals seen basking on trees and flying down the rides. Comma and Common frog provided some diversions.

Illegal off-road biking around Darenth Woods, Swanscombe and Bean is becoming an increasing issue.
We must do more to tackle this and today I raised this in Parliament.
The new Crime & Policing Bill will make it easier for police to seize vehicles and deal with this properly.
