@1Cronos2020 @arnaa @ReutersBiz They have fewer parts so are easier to fix. And like 50% of China, Singapore, Phillippines.

As the average price of a new electric car in the US approaches $50,000, more of the car-buying public is open to buying cheaper Chinese EVs, despite resistance from the industry and both major US political parties. More here: reut.rs/3PzL5ir
English

@arnaa @ReutersBiz Ok, you’re part of a minority that likes EV. Good for you! However, don’t forget the word minority! Too much time spent for a minority. No repairs or maintenance necessary? Really?! Nothing runs without maintenance or without breaking.
English

@1Cronos2020 @ReutersBiz The cost of gas, they are very nice / fast rides, basically no repairs or maintenance necessary

@financialpost We had private companies willing to do it! For sure the same private companies will want to do it again if the insane legislation put in place by the government is withdrawn. No need for pensions to be dragged into this.
English

Hey Canadians, want to build a pipeline? Your pension might just help you do it financialpost.com/investing/pens…

English

@MichelleRempel @toddthiessen1 As I suspected! Our politicians are not stupid, they are sold to US interest.
English

@unusual_whales Bernie, he owns more because he creates something, he produces things that help humans to advance. What have you produced?! Exactly, Nothing! You never worked in your life, you did not have a job, you lived your entire life doing nothing on taxpayers sweat. You produce only CO2
English

@pollypocket345 @echipiuk @thevivafrei As I see it, as of today, nobody.
Conservatives should skip one election cycle and reform the party. Until they do not clean the party of all “know nothing”, yapping individuals & profiteers, nothing good will happen. An epic failure was elected as leader so; the future is grim

I didn’t hear anything vaccine related-discussed when Pierre was on with Rogan.
I strongly suspect Rogan was told to avoid very specific issues.
Kayla Pollock@kcpollock
They didn’t fix the system. They renamed it. I’ve been waiting 4 YEARS after being paralyzed by my COVID vaccine. VISP → VIAP New name. Same delays. This should alarm every vaccine injured Canadian. My story aired on Global News July 2, 2025. They want me to wait a year just for information? Nothing has changed. #VaccineInjury #Canada #VISP

@echipiuk @thevivafrei I understand that we would like Conservative party to succeed but with all due respect, Pierre is not the guy to fulfill our hopes. He is an epic failure, and trying to ride the coattails of Joe Rogan is not going to help him. He has a lifetime in politics with 0 accomplishments.
English

Agreed. But for Pierre to avoid discussing the mandates and the illegal invocation of the Emergencies Act was unforgivable.
Joe mentioned that he was not going to Canada because of what the government did during the protest, and Pierre said nothing, actually says everything…
@PierrePoilievre stop avoiding the issue.
Hold the government to account, as you clearly stated it is the role of the “Official Opposition” to do.
English

@ExnerPirot The government made a Huge mistake, and a horrible precedent, when cave in to First Nation pressure against the trans mountain pipeline. This type of blackmail will go on in perpetuity, thanks to Justin Trudeau.
English

Our legal system allows small groups of activists to delay and raise costs of projects that have been duly reviewed and approved by regulatory authorities. I don’t believe it’s in the public interest.

@BradWall306 @joeroganhq @bpolitics Why nobody noticed PP lack of personality? He needs Joe Rogan’s charisma to be noticed again! Pitiful!
English

@BNNBloomberg There are 367,772 employees in these departments. 12000 is just a drop in the ocean. Do not forget, they are well paid, have excellent benefits & pension, all taken from taxpayers money. At least 1/2 of them must go! AI and automation can take over their duties. We need mechanics

@financialpost Is this article paid for by those that want to bring more immigrants in?! Those people lose money that’s what they care, they are not interested in the fact that we do not have enough schools, daycare centres, sewage system, healthcare etc etc.

@BertaProudDad @ABDanielleSmith @nenshi I did not vote for Nenshi but let’s not forget that Calgarians voted for him multiple times. Why is that?! Isn’t to late now to throw stones at him? Why you didn’t blame him at that time.
English

Naheed Nenshi was forced to withdraw and apologize after his serious accusations against Premier Danielle Smith in the Alberta legislature today! Meanwhile, his failed leadership has Calgarians in a water crisis. He’s scrambling to boost his poll numbers and failing miserably. Alberta deserves better! What say you?

@jenstilmanydots Since when the Vatican has a saying in world economic policies? If Vatican really wants to do good for the people then it should publish the list with all pedophile priests and released them to Justice. Forbidding Justice to reach them is not a Christian thing to do.
English

🤔The Vatican on Friday launched an international project encouraging disinvestment from the mining sector, in an unusual initiative by the Catholic Church to steer investments away from a specific industry.

@VanIsleInvestor You have to include in your calculations 20 billion/year spent on oil, imported by Canada from countries with major human rights violations.
English

The estimate is we send 4.5 million barrels a day.
At this differential of $15.64 this is approx. $70.4 million a day or $25.69 Billion a Year Savings for the U.S.
Hopefully one day Canadian Oil will be close to the same price for everyone...or we negotiate an incredible deal with the U.S.
The savings for the U.S. should be calculated for every barrel we ship them into the negotiations.

@toddthiessen1 @MarcNixon24 I haven’t looked to see his status regarding security clearance in a while, but because you said it is a sham I looked again. Unfortunately, it is not a sham, it is reality. He is the only leader refusing it. In my opinion he should be out of politics only because of this.

English

@1Cronos2020 @MarcNixon24 Hope you have it exactly backwards. Time is right , message was right, common sense points and the security check was a sham from day one. Farcical.
English

@toddthiessen1 @MarcNixon24 I have this dilemma for quite a while because I am conservative at heart. However, I do not vote blindfolded with the party like many do in AB. Whatever this party put in front of the voters in the last 10 years was bad, sorry. What I can say: reform the party, eliminate grifters
English

@1Cronos2020 @MarcNixon24 Well then. He got us the most conservative votes at 41%. He lost his riding because of all of the Ottawa federal workers and that riding was redistricted. You knew that. So whom do you suggest should be the CPC leadership candidate then?
