We have knocked on every door, but no one has listened. I had asked for dialogue only once, and that too was conditional upon commissions to investigate the events of November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023) being formed. It was Asim Munir who ordered the shooting of unarmed civilians on November 26th. I reiterate there is no longer any room for dialogue because this group has completely hijacked the entire system. I have instructed Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Amin Gandapur, and Junaid Akbar to ensure the protest movement runs with full force. The objective of this movement must be the restoration of justice, the supremacy of law, and the protection of the Constitution. If we fail to raise our voices in the streets, this group of oppressors will gradually finish off our parliamentary party as well. I am standing firm; all of you must also stand firm. Eighty percent of the people of Pakistan stand with me and we are entitled to fight for our rights. I am aware that 90% of the electoral fraud took place between polling and the compilation of results. I campaigned for the implementation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for two years. If EVMs had been used on February 8th (2024), the game would have ended there and then. I still say today: if transparent elections are desired, EVMs must be introduced, and rigging will end once and for all.” 2/2

The country is being run under Asim Munir's law, and the ISI is giving it protection. Whatever strengthens Asim Munir's power is made the law of the land. He is prepared to sacrifice every national interest to maintain his hold on power. This Army Chief is disgracing the military just as Yahya Khan once did. At this time, the Senate, the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, and the President, are all unconstitutional. A sham constitutional court was created, which reduced our seats in parliament. In an unprecedented move, one party’s seats were simply handed over to others. The constitutional courts, which are meant to deliver justice, are now filled with Asim Munir’s personal minions. Sikandar Sultan Raja perpetrated an historic electoral fraud, and instead of being held accountable, he was granted an extension to safeguard that rigging. A judge of the Islamabad High Court is not hearing my appeals for seven months because he too receives instructions from Asim Munir. At this time, Asim Munir’s law prevails in our country, as if he owns Pakistan. The judiciary, state institutions, and democracy have been systematically dismantled. Military courts have been declared legal, an act that is essentially a vote of no confidence by the judiciary against itself. My wife, Bushra Bibi, is being used as a weapon to break me, but let me make this absolutely clear: I would rather die than accept Asim Munir’s monarchy. This is nothing more than a group that has forcibly seized control of the country. A ‘Dacoits-and-Duffers Alliance’ has taken full control of Pakistan. The 26th Amendment has completely abolished the independence of the judiciary. Judicial orders hold no weight anymore; even an ordinary policeman can openly defy a judge’s directives. Today, during court proceedings, the judge repeatedly ordered that my family, waiting outside the prison gates, be brought inside and even halted proceedings several times, yet my family was not allowed in. This shows that the judge’s order holds no value for the police. Our justice system has been decimated. Nations collapse when incompetent people are put in charge. Asim Munir has assumed control of the country, while Mohsin Naqvi is busy destroying cricket. What qualifications do they have? Due to Mohsin Naqvi, our test cricket team has dropped to ninth place. When such unqualified individuals are placed in charge, this is the fate that befalls every sector, not just sports. A country is doomed when the incompetent are imposed upon institutions through force. The torture inflicted upon me has intensified. I am kept in solitary confinement in my cell for 22 hours a day. I am denied books, newspapers, and television to keep me cut off from current affairs. This is not just a violation of local law but a grave breach of international human rights standards. Today, following a court order, I was given only a single book after three hours, while my family has already sent over two dozen books in the past month and a half. Ever since the new jail superintendent Ghafoor Anjum has taken over, torture against me has drastically intensified under his supervision. We want peace in Pakistan. Whoever stands for peace and participates in peace marches must be supported wholeheartedly. It has now been seven months since I have been allowed to speak to my children. It is their right to approach the courts, and I have personally told my sons to take the matter to international courts on the basis of fundamental human rights. They are not asking anyone in the United States for help; they are only raising their voices for their rights. Even when President Trump first came into office, I said that decisions about Pakistan must be made in Pakistan. 1/2

حکومت سندھ کی جانب سے یومِ آزادی کی تقریبات بھرپور، منظم، پرجوش اور تاریخی انداز میں منانے کا فیصلہ سندھ کے سینئر وزیر شرجیل انعام میمن کی زیر صدارت یومِ آزادی اور "معرکۂ حق" کی تقریبات کے انتظامات سے متعلق اعلیٰ سطح کا اجلاس اجلاس میں صوبائی وزراء سید ناصر حسین شاہ، سعید غنی، ذوالفقار شاہ، خاص معاونین سید قاسم نوید قمر، انجنیئر قاسم سومرو اور دیگر شریک صدر آرٹس کونسل احمد شاہ، سیکریٹری اطلاعات ندیم الرحمٰن میمن اور دیگر حکام کی بھی اجلاس مین شرکت اجلاس میں حکومت سندھ کی جانب سے یومِ آزادی کی تقریبات کے لیے تیاریوں کا جائزہ لیا گیا سرکاری عمارات، سڑکوں، بسوں، ٹرینوں، مارکیٹوں اور دیگر عوامی مقامات کو قومی پرچم، روشنیوں اور بینرز سے سجایا جائے گا، اجلاس میں فیصلہ میڈیا پر بھرپور مہم چلائی جائے گی جس کے ذریعے عوام کو شامل ہونے کی دعوت دی جائے گی، اجلاس میں فیصلہ اجلاس میں صوبے بھر میں تقاریب کے شیڈول، سجاوٹ، میڈیا پلان، ثقافتی سرگرمیوں، ضلعی سطح پر عوامی شمولیت، اور سیکیورٹی و صفائی کے امور پر تفصیلی تبادلہ خیال 14 اگست اور معرکۂ حق کی مناسبت سے ہونے والی تقریبات سندھ حکومت کے وژن کا عکاس ہوں گی، شرجیل انعام میمن اس سال یوم آزادی کا مہینہ صرف جشن کے طور پر نہیں بلکہ حب الوطنی، قربانی، یکجہتی اور سچائی کے پیغام کے طور پر منانا ہے، شرجیل انعام میمن تقریبات میں ہر طبقے کو شامل کیا جائے گا، خصوصی بچوں، اقلیتوں، بزرگ شہریوں اور خواتین کے لیے مخصوص پروگرام رکھے جائیں گے، شرجیل انعام میمن ضلع سطح پر مرکزی سطح کی تقاریب منعقد کی جائیں گی، شرجیل انعام میمن سندھ حکومت یہ دن ایک عہد، ایک وعدے کے طور پر منائے گی کہ ہم جمہوریت، ترقی، انسانی حقوق اور قومی وحدت کے مشن پر پوری ثابت قدمی سے کاربند ہیں، اور رہیں گے، شرجیل انعام میمن یہ یومِ آزادی عوامی خدمت، درخت لگانے، صفائی، خون کے عطیات، اور سوشل ایکشن کے ساتھ منایا جائے گا، سید ناصر حسین شاہ ہر ضلع میں کمیونٹی کی شرکت کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا تاکہ یہ دن صرف حکومتی نہیں بلکہ عوامی جشن بنے، سید ناصر حسین شاہ تمام بلدیاتی اداروں کو ہدایت دی جائے گی کہ وارڈ، یوسی، اور ٹاؤن سطح پر تقریبات منعقد کی جائیں، سعید غنی عوامی ریلیاں، ملی نغموں کی شامیں، اور نوجوانوں کے کھیلوں کے مقابلے شامل کیے جائیں تاکہ نوجوان نسل کا جوش و جذبہ ابھر کر سامنے آئے، وزیر بلدیات سعید غنی سندھ کی ثقافت کو اجاگر کرنے کے لیے آرٹس کونسل، اسکولوں، کالجوں اور تھیٹر گروپس کی شمولیت سے خصوصی شوز، مشاعرے، قوالی نائٹس، اور تھیٹر پرفارمنس منعقد کی جائیں گی، وزیر ثقافت ذوالفقار شاہ یہ موقع صرف جشن کا نہیں بلکہ اپنے ورثے سے ربط پیدا کرنے کا بھی ہے، وزیر ثقافت ذوالفقار شاہ @sharjeelinam @SyedNasirHShah @SaeedGhani1 @SyZulfiqarShah
