@JonathanCoopr You start from the POV that the view is "trans critical". It isn't. It is about sex. Because of that other peoples' beliefs about sex and gender come into conflict with it. As a result of that conflict, those people describe this belief as being critical of *their* views.

@JonathanCoopr This is like describing atheism as jesus-critical. Which is a false framing - the beliefs are standalone, and the beliefs of others are irrelevant to its sincerity. In this ruling, both this belief and the conflicting one are protected - as is disbelief in either.

@LancsK8 I think medical malpractice is the way to go. The school didn’t want to move ahead with transition but she threatened them with a doctor’s “certificate” produced on request after one brief meeting in which the boy said almost nothing and the mother merely sought reassurance that
