@EliErlick If some male humans are now women, there's no reason for female humans to be called women any longer. If both men AND women can now be either male OR female, and whilst you remain unable to provide the new distinguishing criteria, there's no meaning or function to either term🤷🏻‍♀️

@Terfs_R Doesn't this REAL MAN / REAL WOMAN stuff take us right back to arguments 'trans people' use to explain why their magical gender feelz make them a REAL man or woman?

I love how half of the women watching videos like this consider it aspirational and a sign of health, wealth, and beauty — while the other half (me) find it incredibly disheartening on so many levels that it’s almost repulsive

@karenvaites exactly. you can decode every word in a sentence and still understand nothing. comprehension is not a reading skill. it is a knowledge problem. the kid who has already heard the story of einstein will read a science article differently than the kid who has not.

This post is an excellent example of the role of background knowledge to comprehension. You only understand it if you know the song and the singer. If you do, it’s hilarious. Consider how this reads for someone who doesn’t know the song. It’s nonsense.

I quite literally went from a biological man to a biological woman via HRT… How is there any denying this? Literally look at my before v after photos - I’ve literally had 0 surgeries or procedures outside of this!

This man's "freedom of expression" is a limitation of women's freedom - our freedom to work and study without non-consensually being forced to witness a man grotesquely parodying our anatomy. Fortunately, there is a legal remedy. 1/2

Great piece. Small correction on the law though. There’s likely a very good case for sex-related harassment under s.26(1) EqA or a good case for sexual harassment under s.26(2) Then there’s a more difficult case under s.26(3). Gender critical belief isn’t relevant to it...

As a trans woman, I personally identify more with my womanhood that I do with my transness, I am a woman before I am trans. Does this make sense?

Wrong. He was not found innocent. He was found not guilty. Glinner admitted grabbing the phone and throwing it (screenshot below). There is video footage of him doing it. He was found not guilty because they couldn’t be certain that he caused the damage to the phone.

@BenthicOrganism Only because society as whole doesn't seem to find womanface even slightly offensive. I think if he was instead doing the equivalent in exaggerated blackface clownery there would be a fucking uproar, and it would be clear to the majority that it is harassment of that demographic.

I'm not sure the lecturer wearing the big ol' titty bib constitutes harassment. I know it's in dreadful taste and will make many people uncomfortable. I'm not sure it could successfully be argued he's harassing students or colleagues with that breastplate and low-cut blouses tho.

@edgaralandough Now imagine adding a female facial/makeup routine into that….and you can’t find the EXACT right lipstick for this and you know you have it somewhere…although you lost the top so it’ll probably be gross with makeup bag “stuff” and maybe lipstick is actually just the Patriarchy.

I hate to admit it but "cis" and "trans" are actually linguistically useful terms in the topsy turvy 21st century despite their ideological baggage. I am tired of playing linguistic gymnastics to make an ideological point* *I reserve the right to use alternative frameworks

women really were psyopped into thinking gay men deserved their empathy lmao gay men hate women. they have built entire subcultures around mocking women, and they have done it with female support because so many of you are too stupid to realize when you ARE the joke
