NEW: Student athlete left paralyzed after he was shot at a Waffle House while coming to his friend’s aid. 18-year-old Seth Jackson had reportedly tried helping his friend who was being attacked by a group of teens. When one of the teens pulled a gun out, Jackson started running but was then shot as he tried running away, his family says. The Richardson, Texas teen will never walk again. Charles Webster, 17, and Taylor Griffin, 18 were both charged with engaging in organized criminal activity. The shooter has not yet been caught.
