@MartynPitman Well said Martyn - and this @BTHFT has been a ‘red flag’ for maternity/neonatal deaths for years. This published report from February 2025.
They are not learning - they are covering up infant deaths.

The NHS are using public money to argue the chairs of all NHS Trust boards all over England out of legal whistleblowing protection.
This is stop this whistleblowing case being heard.
Yes we are paying for this act of self destruction.

These are the newborn deaths at @BTHFT that I was sacked for trying to prevent. No learning, no action to address the risks, and meanwhile more children die. There is no ‘freedom to speak up’ and that costs lives. Our South Asian families are most affected here. #inequalities
