The 1st Amendment protects all speech that is not immediately inciteful of illegal acts. I can tell from your choices that a lot of conservative rhetoric which is not associated with hate would be considered hate speech by you. Conservative speech is routinely suppressed, in theory not by government. But government run and government funded schools routine suppress what is simply an alternate opinion - no hate, not incitement. Social media did and does the same thing. I had a post here within the week "limited" due to "hate speech" - but when I appealed it was released. So do you believe that, for example, the stating the religious belief that abortion is the killing of an innocent at any age of gestation, is hate speech? How about objections to males playing in female sports because they identify as female?

This is a plan where the state seizes control of the universities including the private ones, imposes state-approved ideology, and dictates to them that their ultimate duty is to serve the interests of the state. This is freaking me out.

Men who identify as women shouldn't be allowed to but trans women who have fully transitioned, Inc hormone replacement therapy should be allowed to play in women sports, vice versa

@JMooreP3 @kareem_carr You are correct that the 1st amendment sees hate speech as something that incites illegal acts against people or groups. All areas I covered are areas where this does happen, and happens because people freely spread hate towards them that incites illegal acts.
