30 minutes on the phone to @virginmedia @vmbusiness to get a very simple query answered. The voice quality was dreadful, if you're going to offshore customer support please give them good quality phones at least.

@1Techknowledgey Good to know! I reported my outage to my ISP but they were checking the OpenReach service status and on their end it looked "OK" 🤷♂️ Glad I told them to hold off on calling out an engineer!
