158 Cadets from across #no1welshwing today competed in the Inter Squadron Athletics at Leckwith Stadium. A great day showcasing top quality athletic performances. @2077Pontyclun won the overall trophy.

At RAF Little Rissington today with 621 and 637 VGS personnel, and @aircadets from Southwest Region. Fantastic weather and a great opportunity for some gliding! All out!!
