First We want gains from Crypto and this yield issue proves to block the clarity bill passage. Clarity bill is not just about yields and it's about broader Crypto market structure, once it gets passed then there are higher chances of a run in altcoins as they will get recognition and finally institutions can invest in good altcoins through ETFs. Specifically altcoin holders are mostly holding in heavy losses and priority should be to get clarity bill pass for the sake of altcoins. You can see throughout 2024 and 2025 the majority of the money gets invested only in bitcoin through ETFs resulting in persistent high bitcoin dominance throughout the cycle because there is no clarity on altcoins and without clarity that institutional money will never flow towards altcoins.
