We’re evolving our store design & experience for two main reasons:
1/ Our stores are a lot busier than they were two years ago. We’ve had to triple the size of our bar to handle the increased volume without sacrificing quality, precision, or speed of the experience.
2/ By 2 or 3pm, the energy in our stores completely shifts as customers come in for our signature matchas. People are not rushing, they’re settling in, meeting friends, staying.. Our store design needs to honor that shift, to create spaces that actually invite you to linger, that feel warm and social, not just efficient in the morning rush.
