We really need to stop using web2 failure rates to run cover for the grifts in web3. The failure rate in web2 mostly comes from actual failures. Apart from the few scams on Kickstarter that are not even raising nearly as much as they do here. Web3 is deliberately failing. Studios raising 10, 20, 30, 50, 80 million and not even delivering at minimum a full crappy game is not failure, is grift. We are mostly seeing crappy demos followed by a shutdown after 2-4 years. That's a straight up grift. We need to start being real if we are going to steer this ship in the right direction.
