@MrPitbull07 No… $40 was only 8%. The $125 might’ve been a lot, that’s 25%. Depending on the number in the party, $75 is 15%…. $100 is 20% …. The $125 is 25%. Obviously a fancy restaurant so not sure what a good percent is, but everyday restaurants (Applebees) 15-20% is what I give.

We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic. ~Lea Robertson

Just got sent this. My very first race car from 2000. Ole girl looked good but was a handful. I had two races under my belt total before getting in this thing. What a way to get thrown to the wolves. Had one of our truck series engines in it.

Update..This was the flight path of the Cessna 550 Citation that took off from Statesville airport and immediately turned around and tried to land. It did crash on that landing attempt back at the airport. More-->wcnc.com/article/news/l…

NASCAR champion Greg Biffle, his wife, daughter, and son have died in a plane crash in North Carolina, according to YouTuber Garrett Mitchell. Mitchell says the Biffle family was headed to spend the afternoon with him. "Unfortunately, I can confirm Greg Biffle, his wife Cristina, daughter Emma, and son Ryder were on that plane… because they were on their way to spend the afternoon with us. We are devastated. I’m so sorry to share this," he said on Facebook. In 2024, Biffle provided life-saving assistance to Hurricane Helene victims by flying helicopters to hard-to-reach areas to deliver supplies and resources. Biffle was named one of NASCAR's 75 greatest drivers in 2023. Heartbreaking. RIP.

@DanielleTrotta The National networks, not cable would help. If you go to local tracks, there’s more people over 50 than under. A lot of these people don’t have cable, so you lose all those. My friend is 45, loves watching, but get few chances to watch. But we’re the wrong demographic.

Radical change is often met w criticism but I believe it’s necessary for health of the sport. Our playoff format is not why ratings drop in the fall, football is. If NASCAR wants casual fans & younger demo we should end our season before Sept 1st & offer all races thru network streaming apps & streaming services. We have to meet young people where they are.
