As we reported overnight, Andy Burnham will make his first speech in the Commons since being re-elected in the Hillsborough law debate today. He'll hail its progress through the Commons this evening as an example of the need to redistribute power and stand up for those in society who are overlooked. A big personal moment for him, as someone who has campaigned on this issue for a decade. But also our first chance to hear from the PM-in-waiting from the green benches.
