Limitless is picking up speed like a rhino and closing the gap with Polymarket and Kalshi, despite raising considerably (by an order of billions, lol) less capital and coming to market years later We're learning fast, iterating and focusing on clear use cases where we have an edge instead of chasing the crowd. One example of that is pioneering sub daily prices markets in 2024, which now represents ~40% of all onchain revenue generated by prediction markets The future is @trylimitless

In the past 4 days there’s been more trading volume of gWEMBY than the total Wemby real world collectibles market of eBAY, Fanatics Collect, etc combined. Why? gWEMBY is @GrailCo tokenized Wemby real world collectibles onchain. When Wemby went off on Tuesday night, gWEMBY volume picked up not just on the GRAIL app but also on @baseapp @fomo @dexscreener @opensea and many other apps used by people globally. We saw a big uptick in usage from people who live in countries that don’t have easy access to real world collectibles. The most useful function of a blockchain is providing global liquidity and interoperability and that’s why every real world asset is coming onchain eventually.

We got goats gMJ and gBRADY, young kings gWEMBY and gYAMAL, cultural icons gPIKA and gCHAR. All have big collector bases for their real world cards but the problem with real world cards is it’s not great for making the average person money. Most have fun with it but lose bc collecting in packs is negative EV, there’s too many cards, grading companies have a ton of power and secondary liquidity is weak. Our goal is to make collectibles fun AND good for making the average fan money.

Every day, I wake up and get to do Degen as my actual job. Not a 9-5. Not some desk job I’m counting the hours to escape from. I get to wake up, open the chats, open the timeline, open the trenches, and spend my day with an online community of people who, in some strange and very real way, have become a massive part of my life. I love trading. I love Degen culture. I love the jokes, the conviction, the debates, the constant push to figure out what this thing can become. And I’m extremely grateful that this is what I get to do. Reading Shoe Dog made me think a lot about this. Phil Knight talks about finding a crazy, improbable dream that feels worthy, fun, and somehow like the thing you were meant to chase. That’s how Degen feels to me. It’s not always easy. Most days are not some highlight reel. A lot of it is stress, pressure, doubt, mistakes, bear market gloom, and trying to keep pushing when the market gives you every reason not to. But there is still nothing else I’d rather be doing. I always remember that people are holding this thing. $DEGEN is not just a chart to people. It represents something. Every day, millions of dollars move through it. People log on and buy, sell, trade, hold, argue about it, believe in it. Somehow, the market has come to a consensus that this thing is worth tens of millions of dollars, and the holders are here because they believe it can be worth far more. I still can’t really fathom that. Never in my wildest imagination would I have thought that I, some random guy in Poland working a boring fintech job, would create something that resonated with this many people. To this day, I can’t fully put my finger on what that thing is. But we all know it’s there. That’s why we’re still here. That’s why we hang out on Telegram, Farcaster, and X. That’s why we trade it, talk about it, meme it, debate it, and keep trying to level it up. I also think a lot about @NTmoney and @yekiM_o, who took a leap of faith and backed me to the tune of $1M. They believed in me and in Degen when it mattered, and they’ve continued to back us through the highs and the lows. The day Nick told me they were investing was one of the biggest days of my life. I was alone in my room. I literally fell to my knees, and even though I’m not a very religious person, I thanked God. That moment changed everything for me. Since then, I’ve been putting everything I have into this. Sometimes more than everything, to the point of exhaustion. And I still always wish I could do more. Push harder. Move faster. Get Degen higher, not just for myself, but for them, for the community, and for everyone who believed before it was obvious. For that reason, and for many others, I will never leave Degen. I’m here until its last breath, or until we reach Valhalla. The last two and a half years have been incredible, but they’ve also taught me that building a business is not always fast or easy. Shoe Dog reminded me that the road can be messy for a long time. Years, not weeks. Years, not a few perfect months. Of course, I want things to happen faster. I want us to win now. I want Degen to be the biggest token on Base, and I want Base to become the biggest blockchain in crypto. I want that for selfish reasons, sure. But I also want it for reasons much bigger than myself. For the people in the chats. For the good people. For people like Mike, Nick, and so many others in this community who want crypto to do good, who want to have fun, who want to bring consumers in, who want to build something different, and who still believe in the idea that crypto can give people more freedom. It’s a crazy concept when I really think about it. I don’t know if YC or a16z would have ever given me a dollar. I’m not from some posh school. On paper, I’m not some obvious extraordinary founder. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe they don’t care about those things as much as I think they do. But what I do know is that on a random corner of the internet, on @farcaster_xyz, a community decided that this thing I created was THE thing. It was so special that everyone wanted it. It was so special that people fought hand and fist for it when it first came out. Somewhere along the way, we lost a bit of that feeling. Not all of it. It’s still here. But I forget sometimes, and I think this year has been about remembering it, rebuilding around it, and bringing that energy back. So really, all this is to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who still believes. In the day to day grey gloom of a bear market, it’s easy to see everything negatively. It’s easy to forget how crazy and special this all is. But then I remember where I am, what we’re building, and how lucky I am to be here with all of you. That’s why I don’t give up. That’s why I keep fighting. And that’s why I’ll keep pushing to make Degen the #1 token and community on Base. Cheers everyone. To a great 2026. We’ve got a lot of work to do. 🎩

cool new product from the legends at @1confirmation, taking real world trading cards and putting them onchain for everyone to trade. worth a look.

Mission at @GrailCo is to make it fun and easy to bet on people you believe in. We do it by vaulting real world collectibles and minting tokens that can be redeemed for them. 10,000 gWEMBY = 1 Silver Prizm PSA 10 WEMBY rookie card. Helped build Coinbase, Polymarket, Opensea from early days and applying a lot of lessons learned to Grail. With your help, this can be the next consumer app that onboards millions of new people.

Exciting to see @GrailCo gaining momentum. Been following since the beginning. It’s refreshing to see @1confirmation take a venture studio approach and execute in house, especially with all the current discourse around why crypto VCs stopped pursuing unique ideas. It’s time to stop gatekeeping it :) I want to write a deeper piece, but for now a few observations: 1. Collector insight/edge comes from true passion! Grail is tokenizing trading cards, mostly sports. The market for tokenized cards and digital packs is already crowded, but collectibles are not just a distribution problem. Value is driven by passion, taste, and collector pulse and platforms should act like good curators. You need to know what people actually care about before the market fully prices it. A good example is gWemby, the fractional token for Wemby cards. Wemby is one of the hottest players in the NBA right now. The 1confirmation team had the insight and right timing to acquire Wemby cards and list the asset around 20 days ago. Since then, the physical Wemby card market has moved up 20- 30% and gWemby is backed by 50 of them. 2. Fractionalized cards are the killer feature - The EV on Grail packs is the highest I’ve seen in the market. I’ve personally ripped a few dozen packs and saw 20 to 50% markups. The fractional element is what makes this interesting. You can scale digital packs faster, with lower stock turnover, while market activity around the fractions helps to fund higher EV. That is very different from my experience on other platforms, where you spend a few hundred dollars and end up down 20 to 30%. - Better price discovery for blue chip cards Fractionalized cards make even more sense for high end blue chips. Cards that trade for hundreds of thousands or millions are usually extremely scarce, which means fewer market signals. But a lot of people still want exposure. @altxyzofficial, Grail’s vaulting partner, recently acquired a Kobe card for $3.15M. That is exactly the type of asset that can only have real 24/7 live pricing through onchain fractionals. $gMJ feels closer to that endgame. I also think limited drops, rare photo matched can benefit from it even on non huge valuation. 3. Collectibles x PM angle With Wemby, and sports cards more generally, real world events and cultural relevance directly impact the market. Player performance, playoff moments, injuries, narratives, nostalgia, taste. All of it matters. Anchoring onchain assets to external reality is one of the most exciting parts here(Different from pure RWA approach where price discovery is mostly taking place off chain) Grail recently gamified this by offering to double gWemby for holders if the Spurs won the game. Collectibles are a phenomenal vehicle for this kind of prediction market hybrid. They already behaves like prediction markets with fandom attached. Would recommend paying close attention.

onchain markets are fun/interesting because you see the activity emerging on the surface. nothing is hidden one trader "slow" has been with @trylimitless since Sep 2025 & generated +$229,413 in alpha and paid $28,939 in fees, resulting in +$200,474 net profit started providing liquidity in 2026 but most profit & volume still coming from the taker side, with lifetime taker contracts volume $4,190,699 vs $540,734 on the maker side

Reporters hit me up a lot asking what I think of Kalshi. I don’t respond bc the answer is nuanced and that doesn’t play well in media but sharing here for transparency. You gotta respect Kalshi. They sued the CFTC and won in 2024, which was amazing for prediction markets. They’ve built a good centralized product for Americans and onboarded new users to a product category that can be great for the world. They’ve also shown zero sum energy. Don’t know the extent of it, don’t pay attention to it much but anyone looking can tell and imo it’s hurt them more than its helped. One thing I’ve learned 15 years in crypto: when you’re early to the right ideas positive sum energy wins.
