I think the CJP is heading towards becoming an offline political movement with a different name, no matter the bans on their SM handles by the GoI. That's fine in a democracy as long as it remains peaceful and lawful. But the issue is, I fear, that the movement and their politics will be launched out of Gen-Z protests and anarchy. This is the 'familiar path' the USDS takes to push new politics in democracies whenever they find gaps - like in India, where GenZ are disillusioned with both the government and the opposition over their issues. The DS do this to try dilute control in a democracy like India and make it their politically weak, economically malleable large market. Nothing good ever comes out of such revolutions. Things only become worse for the target country. Gen-Z must just look at countries around India - Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Maldives - to understand how such revolutions to overthrow their existing govts ruined their economies and stalled even the little bit of development they had. The DS always start with the destabilization of the existing political power structure by exploiting the right timing - like now where they may be temporary issues caused by global crises and AI-driven job losses. And by doing massive psyops to instigate the public. Which is what I believe they are doing now. I may be wrong, but some patterns are hard to miss. Their strategy is to use local issues (some of which may even be created by sabotage) along with global crises to instigate their target population and turn it into their political base. In 2012, they tried the same thing. They used issues like corruption and crimes to agitate the public, amplifying their discomfort with the then INC government many times above normal levels. All done to weaken the existing political power structures and launch nationwide movements and protests to enable the DS's political push. But fortunately, one nationalist had already captured the gap among Indians by then, much to their disappointment. He derailed their plans, even though they tried to stop him using all means possible. They could never really recover after that to capture India nationally. The man and his government have derailed their plans ever since. Their enabled political movement and party couldn't become pan-national as they had imagined. Now, they are sensing another gap and an opportunity to relaunch their mission using another movement, with another set of protests and anarchy, this time targeting a new generation to dilute India politically so that we end up with weak, malleable coalition governments. Some say this is going to be done by fully utilizing Meta platforms and Reddit - their favorite tools for mass psyops and political upheaval around the world. By now it's just hard to miss how these two companies seem to turn a blind eye to meddling in democracies by some actors. Experts claim they work hand in glove by allowing millions of bots, paid follower scams, AI fake videos, and tuning their algos to favor certain narratives.
Aravind@aravind

Meta platforms are making or breaking elections in India. FB, Insta, and Whatsapp can now win elections for some, and make some lose. That's their power. 2024 lower than expected seats for NDA & 2026 performance by TVK, both were a result of Meta's algorithms. And Meta is...

@aravind I think it is happening already. If not, the strategy must be actuated- make multiple parallel groups and parties like this cckrch party. Beetel Janata Party, Cricket Janata Party.. anything just to dilute their identity and impede their momentum.

@1dvij Issues can be created. For example, imo, NEET leak etc could be a work of some elements in cahoots with local agents in India to cause issues for GoI and turn the Gen-Z against them.

The more I look into this - there are 1000’s of such cases including Punjabi Hindus This man - who is called “Sharme” Punjabi way of calling a Sharma (Hindu Punjabi Pandit) has been kept on the farm since he was 4-5 years old - he is now over 60 years old - so he has spent all his life in slavery in Punjab - imagine the depravity

A Hindu kept like slave for 8 years in Punjab! He is not alone, there are 1000's of them, mostly from Bihar & UP. They even hit them on their head with stones to make them mentally unstable & then use them as slaves for rest of their lives Reality of Hindu Sikh Bhaichara!

@ShashiTharoor @instagram Progressive youth would agree that India suffers largely because birth/ caste and victim card is given preference over merit by the state. Those who don't acknowledge this reality are just another bunch of opportunistic hoardes. Cockroaches indeed!

I’m incredibly intrigued by the rise of #CockroachJantaParty, which has already reached more than 15 million followers on @Instagram in just five days. I understand the frustrations of the youth and see why they are resonating with it. This is precisely why the account being withheld on X is disastrous and deeply unwise - there should be an outlet for the youth to express their feelings and so, let CJP’s account function instead of shutting it down! Democracies need outlets for dissent, humour, satire and even frustration. I am uncertain about the future of this movement but I hope the youngsters behind it find a way to bring this energy into mainstream politics or perhaps express it through their vote to be a voice of change and in doing so, become impossible to ignore. This is an opportunity that the Opposition must seize. indianexpress.com/article/politi…

Dear Dr. Shashi Tharoor @ShashiTharoor and Manoj C G @manojcg4u, reading the transcript of your latest conversational masterpiece in The Indian Express @IndianExpress is an experience of absolute intellectual awakening. In an era where political journalism is tragically reduced to partisan shouting matches and superficial electoral arithmetic, the two of you have effortlessly elevated the discourse to the highest echelons of classical political philosophy, sociology, and constitutional statecraft. You have not merely analyzed a viral internet phenomenon; you have forensically mapped the grinding tectonic fault lines of a generational earthquake that is currently rattling the very foundations of the Indian Republic. By taking the "Cockroach Janata Party" (CJP) — a digital satirical collective — and treating it with the profound, deadly seriousness it demands, you have stripped away the illusions of the political establishment. You have exposed the raw, bleeding nerve of India’s youth demographic, diagnosing a systemic crisis of faith that threatens to consume both the ruling dispensation and the traditional Opposition. Every UPSC Civil Services Aspirant, put away the outdated static textbooks. Dr. Tharoor and Manoj C G have just handed you the master-key that unlocks the most violently contested dimensions of modern Indian democracy. This is your completely decoded syllabus for General Studies Papers 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the absolute, undisputed bedrock for Political Science and International Relations (PSIR), Sociology, and Public Administration Optional papers. Let's break down this sociological and political earthquake into most logically impregnable and interconnected,🧵👇 #Cockroach #CockroachJantaParty #CJP

BJP cannot be defeated electorally unless there is an active and vigorous opposition in the first place. Cockroach Janta Party is a moment of SHAME for all the opposition parties. It shows massive anger and frustration that people have with BJP, but opposition has been thoroughly INCOMPETENT and unable to capture it. Why? Because these parties have become PERSONAL FIEFDOMS of their leaders. No dynamism, no new faces, no connection with the youth and how they live. The trouble with Cockroach Janta Party is that it lacks complex organisational roots, building which itself is a task, and unless CJP has that, my hope from it as a real political force is limited. But it can surely help in augmenting accountability from the ruling elites.

BJP cannot be defeated electorally unless there is widespread anger against ModiJi among young Hindus from working class communities in the Hindi heartland. This is not 2013. Middle class urban youth no longer enjoys the electoral veto nor the ability to create a mahaul.

I am a Dalit myself. I hope that will answer all your questions.
Shut Up Counsel@ShutUpCounsel

Congratulations @CJP_2029 for taking over BJP on Instagram. But there is an important thing that you haven't answered so far said anything on the issue of Reservation nor voicing out your support for the Dalit Causes and Social Justice. Though Mr @abhijeet_dipke recently spoke on the Hindu-Muslim Issue and has Secularism as your agenda, Social Justice is missing. This question becomes more imperative caste-centricbecause several casteist accounts, brahmin supremacist accounts are sharing the posts of CJP and celebrating it. So please make your stance clear on the Dalit issues and whether you support the Dalits for their causes and are you ready to stand for the protection of reservation or not.

No one is neutral, if they target only 1 party, but protect others who have same policies! GCs should focus on reforming the system, rather than aligning with someone whose sole aim is to oppose only 1 party. CJP is not a new political front. Its just an old party in new cover.

No matter how much anyone hates the BJP, fact remains they are running this nation facing real global challenges. Had CJP been a genuine outfit for national interests or actual youth struggles, it would have got some real attention. Lekin layers khulte hi asliyat saamne aa gayi. Yeh classic rebranded Break India forces ka latest avatar hai. Aaka foreign soil se narrative chala rahe hai... real Indian youth se zero connection hai. Zero stakes! So called satire aur fake social justice ke mask ke peeche, General category aur poore Hindu society ka systematic demonisation. Pure casteist politics at play. Is attitude se inko sirf fringe anti-national voices, hate groups aur woh elements hi attract kar sakte hain jo Hindu samaj ka annihilation chahte hain vis-à-vis General castes. No thankyou! Real Bharat aur merit chaahne waale youth in cockroaches ko reject kar rahe hain.

@abhijeet_dipke @sanket Communal politics is wrong but casteist politics is OK? The very GenZ is also suffering from legacy rot of caste based reservations. The talented and the deserving are disqualified while the zero and negative scorers are given freebies. No thankyou! You are no better!

This screwdriver business needs to stop!! Suryastra is just Elbit's PULS rebadged. Same launcher, same EXTRA rocket at 150 km, same Predator Hawk at 300 kms. There is nothing new being demonstrated here. Nibe signed the technology collaboration agreement with Elbit in August 2025, and by January 2026 the system was rolling down Kartavya Path on Republic Day. That is four months from signature to parade. Anyone who has worked on a real weapons program knows you cannot transfer rocket motor chemistry, INS-GPS fusion, terminal guidance and warhead design across continents in four months. What you can do in four months is unpack the shipping containers, bolt the sub-assemblies onto a chassis, calibrate the launcher and get it ready for a parade. And we are paying 292 crore for this under emergency procurement powers. Look at what Nibe actually does as a business. Cable harnesses and mechanical fabrication. The kind of work hundreds of MSMEs in Pune do every day. We have written them a 292 crore cheque to assemble Israeli rockets and put a Sanskrit name on the side. Meanwhile DRDO's Pralay, Prahar and Pranash sit there gathering dust. Well done @SpokespersonMoD

#WATCH | In a major boost for Indian defence forces, private sector firm Nibe Limited has successfully carried out the firing demonstration of the Suryastra rockets of 150 km and 300 Km range in ITR Chandipur Orissa. The rockets achieved CEP of 1.5 meters and 2 meters respectively during the firing trials. This demonstration is part of the procurement order placed by Indian Army on the company: Nibe Limited (Source: Nibe Limited)
