Without taking a side in UK politics, most political observers are asking, “What is Labour for?”, a subset of my own “What is GDP *for*?”
Both need an understanding of how desired domestic policies require knowledge of their *global* context.

There is a damaging narrative that Labour built the welfare state in 1945 while Britain was broke, and that this somehow proves we can simply do it all again. It is historically illiterate and it is politically dangerous. Attlee's settlement was bankrolled by imperial surpluses, Marshall Aid, sterling's privileged role within Bretton Woods, capital controls that turned domestic savers into a captive bond market, and inflation that quietly torched the real debt. It sat on top of a state a fraction of today's size, financed by a young workforce, riding reconstruction productivity growth. None of that applies now. No imperial buffer. No Marshall Aid. No captive market. UK industry is under 2% of global output. The state already eats 45% of GDP. Expect this narrative to gain more traction in the coming days when people tell us we can just ignore the markets.

Men who come to Britain to rape children are welcomed in and given a hotel room, lawyers, food, money, and can even use their child rape to stay here because they'd be "persecuted" if they were returned.
But Labour bans civilised right-wing women, philosophers, politicians, who want to come and talk and share ideas, because those ideas threaten Labour's grip on power.
You've almost got to admire how transparent they are. By showing us that they can ban people, they're showing us that the child rapists are allowed in deliberately.

Everyone has been commenting on my NECK losses lately and they aren't wrong.
I've been pretty aggressively dieting trying to get my blood work dialed.
Full on natty maxing with aggressive IF, personalized vitamin and supplement stack and most importantly 10k steps a day including walks after every meal.
3 month results have been really good.
I'm down 15lbs, 10lbs of fat and 0.65lbs of vicseral fat.
Massive improvements across lipids profile and a marked increase in Test levels.
TLDR

People are perplexed that the shooter seemed to be a somewhat normal guy, with an education and a job.
As a Conservative who has been living near DC for 15 years, this isn’t perplexing at all. If you could hear the way Leftists talk about Trump and his supporters, especially when they think there are no Trump supporters around, none of this would surprise you.
They actually believe Trump is Hitler, and they actually believe violence is justified against Trump and his supporters. This is not some fringe belief, this is widespread. They openly and unapologetically fantasize about Republican politicians being assassinated. They are proud of it.
You could ask any Leftist on the street in DC if they wish any of the assassination attempts on Trump were successful, and they will look you straight in the eye and say “absolutely”. Just like they openly rooted for us to die during Covid.
A great sickness infects these people, and I don’t think those who live outside the cities have any idea just how much these Leftists hate you and want you to die. The shooter was not some fringe activist. He is just a regular Leftist who acted on the thoughts and conversations that all of them have been conditioned to have, due to the 24/7 exposure to anti-Trump propaganda from every bit of media they consume.
They are heavily brainwashed.
