I watched an electrifying FKF National Super League match between Mombasa United and Migori Youths at the Mombasa Sports Stadium today. Despite the game ending in a goalless draw, it was truly a great showcase of local football talent. Both sides displayed grit, tactical discipline and moments of brilliance that kept us on the edge of our seats throughout the match. Also in attendance were Mombasa Governor H.E. Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir, Hon. Suleiman Shabhal, and Hon. Mark Nyamita alongside other leaders from both Mombasa and Migori counties.

It is a matter of public record that I personally initiated the legal proceedings on behalf of ODM to determine the funds owed to the party by the Government. The Ksh 12 billion figure exists today only because of the ruling in the case I filed.
It is ironical to see the 'Linda Tumbo' group now demanding these funds from the President without acknowledging the legal groundwork I laid, choosing instead to target me with personal attacks.

@1malt @rodgers_adai Bullshit. Borrowing costs are much more affected by sovereign credit ratings which are in return affected by debt sustainability, currency risk, forex liquidity etc. So given Kenyas economic status, it would theoretically have better ratings than Tanzania but it doesn't!

I stated that Tanzania is wealthier, has better planning compared to Kenya. Round II. In fact second only to Egypt in Africa.
Tanzania is constructing 2500km of SGR and financing 60% from Exchequer. About US$ 5B and borrowing only US$2B.
Kenyan SGR is only 600km so far and it is borrowing 100%.
Kenya can't do 200km of a mere Bitumen Road Limuru Mau Summit and has to resort to a PPP which is a very expensive Loan???
Tanzania has just completed Julius Nyerere 2115MW HPP at a cost of US$ 2.9 Billion from Exchequer and has paid 100% No loan.
Kenya doesn't have money for for a much smaller Grand Falls 1000 MW.
Kenya's Debt is KShs 13 Trillion. Tanzania is 50% of that figure.
In fact which is the biggest Project Kenya has financed from its own resources the last 20 years?
I can't think of any.
Forget the cooked GDP figures that Kenya is the biggest Economy.
