How do people expect to be helped if you won’t speak to them? Still waiting for acknowledgment of a complaint

This is the first time this has happened to me. My flight for 5am in the morning just got canceled. With under 10 hours notice, it’s hard to figure out other arrangements now. @KLM @AirFranceUS your customer service is rough to navigate in times like this? What are my options?

@AirFranceUS Before booking consider this… A trip to South Africa was spoilt when 2 cases didn’t arrive for 3 days! Submitted a claim months ago which they closed without compensating! A formal complaint was since lodged weeks ago & no response! The trip is expensive & no fun without cases
