Today we’re celebrating the #Coronation of HM King Charles III. It’s an opportunity for us all to reflect on service to others, which is a key part of our Promise and values.

Proud to announce #Gibraltar will join Scouts across Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, England and the Commonwealth carrying out #Coronation duties this weekend in London - we have historically participated in all Coronations since 1911 @Convent_Gib @GibraltarGov @GBCNewsroom

Over 415 years of volunteer leadership service to Scouting Gibraltar recognised in the award of distinguished service medals in the Convent.

Today we are deeply saddened with the News that Charles has "Gone Home". Charlie or Akelia for many was not only a fellow brother Scout but also had strong ties with our group. He was for many years, Akelia and later G.S.L.Our condolences to his wife Yvette, his sons and family

It is with sadness that our great friend and fellow Scout, Charles Collinson has “Gone Home” too soon and is now enjoying the great campfire in Heaven. He will be missed by so many who knew him over the years. @Scouts @GibraltarScout1

To Celebrate HM Platinum Jubilee our Burma Beavers held a 2 day 1 night residential Camp at our GLO Scout Activity Center. They undertook a number of Challenges and Activities spelling out the word "Platinum Jubilee". Including a Traditional Tea Party. #PlatinumJubilee

Scouts are launching their first new addition for 35 years with Squirrels, a new programme for 4 and 5-year-olds. Priority for squirrels will be given to communities most affected by the pandemic. @BearGrylls encourages anyone who can to volunteer some time to the programme.
