We can address these needs at any level (e.g., the classroom, office hours). Grateful we get to celebrate the achievements of students who may need some help sifting through unspoken (as well as formal) norms to achieve their dreams.

While First-Gens may deal with particular issues (e.g., impostor syndrome, self-doubt, having to learn about (in)formal norms), Continuing-Gens also have unique issues they also deal with, like family pressures of high achievement and being assumed to not need support at all.

Today is First Generation Student Celebration Day: Although I was the first person in my immediate family/household to complete high school and subsequently undergrad, I still believe that in higher ed we are missing an arm of focused support for Continuing Generation Students.
