This incredible woman, @KinderWithKatie…. I have been stuck in the hospital for days now and she has been the biggest ray of light. Things suck on my end right now, but I can’t even imagine how hard this is on her. I’m just so thankful to have such a strong woman on my side!

Remember that many students do not have the opportunity to travel far from home during the summer. In Morning Meeting, instead of asking about summer trips, ask about their favorite place to be. Whether it's in their backyard or 3 states over, everyone will be included.

Use the "word wall" template in Wixie to have students explore new vocabulary. Assign to each learner so they can add new words from books they are reading or hearing. Have students look up the meaning in a dictionary or ask a parent or teacher. #WixieToday #vocabulary
