Our Howard-era tax system isn’t delivering for young people or housing supply. We need to reduce income tax and rethink CGT in budget neutral reforms. It’s not about reducing incentives to build housing. It’s about rebalancing incentives so young people can get ahead.

@TonyShepherd4 Tony, can you actually read buddy? Go read what Roberts said. He is absolutely correct. Its the high level of migrants that is the issue because the Govt is not increasing infrastructure (roads, schools, hospitals etc) at the same rate. And its driving up property prices.
