@Ryanp2012 This is true and the post you replied to was spot on. Texas doesn’t have an environment like Arkansas, TAMU, MissSt. We have the winning tradition but it’s fun to watch a home game when the crowd is on their feet. UT games on TV show Grandparents in the stands with grandkids

Texas baseball simply isn’t ready for elite/hostile atmospheres yet. Similar to last year against Arkansas, they got rattled in the first game and got ran through the rest of the series. That series was the turning point of what was a downward spiral the rest of the season. Schloss needs to make sure this series effects end in Aggie land and they get back to themselves next game. People underestimate the effect of atmospheres in college baseball. I still believe Texas can be a top team in baseball this year, but there’s a mental hurdle to clear.
