As a Hindu, why should I be ashamed for supporting BJP on religious grounds, when a sitting Christian MLA from DMK openly says “Sanatana must be eradicated” & the incoming CM sits there nodding in agreement ? If this was said about any other religion, social media would explode with outrage. But when it comes to Hindus, people are expected to stay silent and still call it “secularism.” How is this not hate speech?

Today, Udhayanidhi stalin once again said, “Sanatana must be eradicated.” But what stood out even more was that Joseph Vijay did not oppose the statement at all - instead, he greeted Stalin respectfully with folded hands. If Udhayanidhi had said “Christianity must be eradicated,” would Vijay have still remained silent? For many people, Vijay’s silence today will only strengthen the belief that he too is against the Sanatana religion.
