@Steven_McKie Ok i misunderstood! I pretty much walk around half angry all the time to be honest. Try to use my anger as energy for exercise or for getting something done. It can be a superpower if you know how to harness it.

@20Dfresh Oh I am in no way proclaiming I’m in pain or sad in anyway! This is just biology. Working out raises testosterone. That affects mood, memory, and motivation. It’s not much deeper than that.

The amount of anger I have inside of me is infinite. No amount of meditation gets rid of it. I genuinely just do not like most things anymore. The post covid world is garbage.

@Steven_McKie Although I do see physical results from lifting, the mental results are way more beneficial IMO. I have had some crazy depression this year and taking walks and meditation have helped me tremendously. Just know that many folks are feeling the same way! You are not alone!

@20Dfresh Doesn’t help. Only thing that helps is working out. If I had a normal job I would absolutely start a (peaceful) riot at this point.

@jackmac Do push ups in between sets of pull ups. Ladder sets up and down.

I stink at pull ups. Any advice on form? I lift decent numbers on other back exercises (bent over row 145x6 and one arm row 60x7 in same workout). Is it lack of core strength? Obviously losing weight will help. Thanks.
