You don’t need more time to post.
You need a posting engine.
Here’s the one-person version:
1️⃣ Record 1 long-form/week
2️⃣ OpusClip makes 10–15 shorts
3️⃣ ChatGPT writes captions + hooks
4️⃣ Canva AI builds carousels
5️⃣ Buffer schedules everything
⏱ Time saved: 4–6 hours/week
Tool stack: OpusClip + ChatGPT + Canva + Buffer
This is how busy operators stay visible.

Stop chasing cold leads.
Let AI filter them for you.
Workflow:
1️⃣ Meta Lead Ad →
2️⃣ AI auto-scores the lead →
3️⃣ Warm leads move to SMS →
4️⃣ Hot leads get a booking link →
5️⃣ Cold leads get a nurture sequence
⏱ Time saved: 1–2 hours/day
Tool stack: Meta AI + LeadConnector
This is how service businesses reduce no-shows AND close faster.
English

Most service businesses lose 5–10 hours a week to onboarding.
Here’s the simple fix:
1️⃣ Trigger: New client signs →
2️⃣ Zapier sends contract + invoice →
3️⃣ ChatGPT drafts welcome email →
4️⃣ Google Drive auto-creates a client folder →
5️⃣ CRM updates itself
⏱ Time saved: ~1 hour/day
Tool stack: Zapier + ChatGPT + GDrive
If you’re still onboarding manually… you’re doing admin, not business.

REPEAT AFTER ME
Local rank tracking is visual now, not a spreadsheet nightmare
(we're monitoring 5,000+ businesses across 100+ locations without breaking a sweat)
Most agencies still send monthly PDFs with "trust me bro" rankings
Here's how to actually track local SEO in 2025 👇 (bookmark this)
✅ Step 1: Stop guessing where you rank
LocalRank shows your EXACT position in every neighborhood
Not just downtown, every service area you cover
Real-time updates, zero manual checks
✅ Step 2: See the map pack, not just organic
Most tools show organic rankings (useless for local)
We show your Google Maps position
That's where the phone calls come from
✅ Step 3: Spot competitor movements instantly
Dashboard alerts when someone passes you
See what they're doing right
Adjust before you lose more ground
✅ Step 4: Segment by keyword groups
Track "emergency plumber" separate from "water heater repair"
Different keywords = different strategies
Stop treating all rankings the same
✅ Step 5: Show clients visual proof
No more explaining data in emails
Screenshots + graphs = instant credibility
Clients renew because they SEE results
By the way, we created an OFFER SWIPE FILE BY NICHE... It's FREE for the next 72 hours.
Comment “LOCALRANK” and I’ll send it your way (must be following)

You nailed it — most contractors don’t realize those “Top HVAC Pros” pages are just middlemen spending their money.
Running your own ads isn’t actually the hard part… it’s the time it takes.
A simple AI setup can help contractors create ad copy, landing pages, and follow-ups in minutes so they keep the lead and the margin.
English

HomeAdvisor. AngieList. Thumbtack. HomeGuide.
They’re not just selling you leads.
They’re running fake IG & FB pages with catchy names like “Top HVAC Pros” or “Miami Roof Experts.”
Clean logos. Sexy ads. Smart targeting.
They collect the lead then flip it to you for 5X the cost.
It’s your ad budget… without you in it.
Why isn’t every contractor just running their own ads and saving thousands?
Seriously.
What are we doing?
English

Totally get this. Lead platforms feel wild right now — high cost, low response, and you’re fighting 3–5 competitors at once. One thing HVAC companies are doing is using simple AI systems to control more of their own inbound: faster replies, instant follow-ups, and nurturing old customer lists so they’re less dependent on paid leads. Small tweaks save real money when leads cost $272 a pop.
English

So Thumbtack says I have to be willing to pay $272 per lead to be "competitive" for HVAC install/replacement leads.
That's for a lead where 50% of the prospects dont even respond or answer the phone.
That's for a lead that goes to 3-5 other companies.
That's for a lead that can come in at 6:27AM or 11:53PM or whenever it wants, and you have to be able to respond right away.
That's a great reason why buying an existing company with 20k customer records is a good idea.
That's actually insane. $140 was "competitive" a couple of months ago.
English

Drop every new inquiry (no matter where it comes from) into ChatGPT with:
“Summarize this customer’s intent and tell me if they seem ready to book.”
Have ChatGPT draft a fast reply to confirm details + ask 1 key question.
Only move forward with people who confirm.
Keep all leads in a simple Google Sheet so you can spot patterns over time.
Reuse the same AI-written message templates so follow-ups take 10 seconds.
English

@AmazonAlexa @thumbtack Ha — love this. On the serious side, a lot of homeowners feel this way before calling a pro. One simple win for service businesses: use AI to create quick “what to check first” guides so customers know exactly when they need help. Saves everyone time.

@TheEXECUTlONER_ It’s wild — AI might write code, but it can’t fix a furnace or rewire a house.
What I’m seeing is trades using AI as a sidekick: quoting faster, scheduling easier, following up automatically.
The skill stays human — AI just cuts the busywork so pros can focus on the job.
English

Everyone said "learn to code."
Now Al's writing code.
Mike Rowe tells us, They are coming for the coders, not the welders, not the plumbers and not the electricians.
Train smart - learn a skill- welder, plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc.
Public education administrators failed the American people when they took the trades out of HS.
