What will we do once mango season ends? A: Keep eating fresh, juicy mangoes, straight from the freezer. 🥭❄️ This Vizag farmer turned a 2.5-acre farm into a mango revolution. Kongara Ramesh, a school droput, spent decades breeding hundreds of mangoes variety on just 2.5 acres. He has now gifted us 'Amrutham'. It's the freezer-ready mango that stays perfect even after months in cold storage. From hobby to history. One man’s passion is changing Indian agriculture forever. Real inspiration. Real Atmanirbhar Bharat! 🇮🇳 @sayantanbera

Kedarnath - Oct 22, 2006 Some said it was open, some said it snowed too much & was inaccessible. No social media to verify. The snows had come in early that year. We were among the last people in town before the doors would be shut for winter. The crunch of snow beneath my feet, the silence & the sounds of bell ringing in the valley truly felt like a place in god's lap back then. An old woman at Devaprayag who came to know we were heading to Kedarnath, handed over Rs. 500 to us, complete strangers, to do prayers at the temple in her name. Travel back then was difficult, but different.

@Fintech03 @Sangeetsavi This is a powerful testament to the 'Atmanirbhar' spirit long before it became a popular term. The monks proved that spiritual depth and scientific temper go hand in hand. A brilliant example of defying colonial arrogance with pure innovation! 🧱💧🇮🇳

For those who do not know, in the early 1900s, the British-run Howrah Municipality refused to give Belur Math a proper water connection, viewing the monks as potentially rebellious. Instead of pleading, the monks designed & built their own gravity-based filtration system using layers of sand, charcoal, & stones. The water they produced was purer than the municipal supply. British officials who visited were stunned to find that a group of monks had engineered a superior water treatment plant with ZERO external support.

ILO’s India Employment Report says 60% of India’s unemployed are educated youth, Formal salaried jobs are rare , we’re mostly self‑employed nation, with many overqualified grads pushed into unrelated, low-quality work.
Markets by Zerodha@zerodhamarkets

In India, the unemployment rate for illiterates is 3%. For graduates aged 15 to 24, it's 40%. The more educated you are in this country, the more likely you are to be jobless. Not because education is worthless, but because it creates aspirations the economy struggles to absorb. 🧵👇
