Over the years, I've trained both modders and video game stores how to properly refurbish hardware. Refurbishing just doesn't mean wiping a system down, BTW. Refurbing is a very intimate, thorough process.

Remember, refurbishment and servicing isn't just about fixing up cosmetic and electrical problems, it's also mechanical! Here's a tip: PSOne systems are notorious for having a "sticky" open button. Remove the button and clean the cavity. Then, pack with white lithium grease and reseat the button. The grease will find where it needs to go, and you'll have a nicely operating button. Don't ever forget to grease and service the laser sled and worm motor gear, either!

It seems I have been acknowledged by creating games that go against the current of the times, such as "hide-and-seek" games where you sneak into a building without being detected by the enemy, or "delivery games" where you enjoy moving around in an open world, For me, the most experimental game was "defeating vampires outside your house" using actual sunlight around you. It was met with fierce opposition from the staff and even within the company. In that sense, "OD" is just as different.

I can’t say that Death Stranding has grabbed me like Kojima’s other games, but I’ve been having a better time with it now than when I tried playing it at launch.
I still think the story is pretentious nonsense, but the gameplay itself is growing on me.
