👦Son reaching now from UK to attend mandatory session full day tomorrow and early morning Saturday leaving back as Work commitment. 🧒 Daughter has to take flight early in the morning 3:30am leave home in Ireland and reach lyon mid day. She has class on Monday and leave back Tuesday as her shift starts next day. We both keep waiting for them. Sometimes we feel how difficult for our parents when we left their comfort nest for career. Our Maa and Aai says Never put emotions as barricade on their way. Let them do their Best. We are Thankful to both mothers giving us support. That’s how life is busy ❤️❤️

I meant in Singapore these drinks are popular in different varieties. Because sugar levels drops due to humidity and excessive activities like swimming and running. People just don’t drink this but all day they need to lot of water. Sweating is high. They just don’t rely on this drink several variety of food also helps in keeping insulin levels in balance. Genetics factors also plays a role. For us here in Europe or in India not good.
