I’ve been saying for 12 months that Trump will do everything in his power to run for a 3rd term in the United States and the fact that not a single judge wants to stand by the constitution and go on the record stating his is ineligible to run for a 3rd shows just how fast democracy is declining in the US. Say what you want about Putin and Xi but the biggest threat to democracy in 2026 is Donald Trump. He has proven to the world he could care less about it and if democracy fails in the US it would expose the US government as the biggest fraud in geopolitics
Brian Allen@allenanalysis

JUST IN: A Trump judicial nominee was asked point blank: is Trump eligible to run for a third term? Their answer: “I would have to review the actual wording…” Sen. Chris Coons then asked every nominee in the room to confirm the Constitution bars a third term. Silence. Every single one of them refused to say it. Trump is appointing judges who won’t affirm the 22nd Amendment to his face. Never stop connecting the dots.

You’re facing the following lineup in Game 7 of the World Series. You have your choice of any SP, in his prime. Who gets the ball?

@IAmPoliticsGirl Using the same logic, Obama must then be eligible for a 3rd term

@allenanalysis They should lead the questioning by asking if Obama is eligible for a 3rd term

This is what fascism looks like I’m America. Trump’s judicial nominees refuse to say that Trump is ineligible to run for a third term, The 22nd Amendment, ratified in 1951, specifically says: “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.” There is no interpretation needed. These nominees should not be approved.

@RpsAgainstTrump That's how Trump won in 2024, successfully played to independents who felt the Dems went too far left

John Harbaugh is bringing Bully Ball back to @Giants. Big, physical, heavy-handed additions (2026’s Reese, Mauigoa, Fields & co.) channeling his best Parcell’s toughness in the trenches philosophy. Heavy hands is back in the NFC East.
