@KenCarman Chisenhall was never a top 50 prospect in baseball. The expectations were never to be a great player for him

I don’t understand why I’m getting ripped. Fans LOVED Lonnie and had a lot of hope for him until injuries limited him. DeLauter could be what Lonnie wasn’t.

"Chase DeLauter could be the player we were hoping Lonnie Chisenhall could be before the injuries... When you hit 2 home runs in an opening day, that's very special and hopefully a sign of things to come." @KenCarman on Chase DeLauter's opening day breakout game🔥

@KenCarman Man, I dunno how you deal with these people. Most of them can’t even google that Lonnie was a 1st round draft pick AND consensus top 50 prospect in all of baseball. The comp is spot on.

AG auto benches Bennett because he knows the NIT is still alive and that’s more than acceptable to him.

As a parent I’ve had to navigate some truly unexpected topics on the fly, but nothing prepared me for the mental gymnastics required to answer my WWE obsessed 5 year olds inquiry of the difference between Wrestling and UFC. 🙃🙃🙃🙃.. had to preserve the illusion.

I’m seeing a wide range of viewership numbers from the Kid Rock halftime show, but no one is talking about the numbers from the OG halftime alternative, WWF Halftime Heat 1999!

Meanwhile Darius Garland in elimination games: 21 points on 7-13 shooting v. NYK (L) 12 points on 3-13 v. ORL (W) 11 points on 4-17 v. BOS (L) DNP (Injured) v. MIA (W) 11 points on 4-16 v. IND (L)
Greg Swartz@GregSwartzBR

James Harden's elimination game stats the past 5 seasons (w/Nets, 76ers and Clips): 13.0 points, 31.1 FG%, 20.6 3P% For a Cavs team that's had three straight early playoff exits, you think this is the missing piece?

AD ($54.1M). LeBron ($52.6M). Giannis ($54.1M). Whatever big fish you want, all have similar deals. $13.8M over 2nd Apron + affording deals means Cavs need to be in $67M-$68M range to clear salary and apron to make it legal. If DG is out for Harden, you have one bullet left.

I’m not immediately sure what to think about a long search that led to Todd Monken. And though I think the Browns need Monken’s honesty, I’m not sure where it leads over the next 11 months. nytimes.com/athletic/70047…

The Browns have scheduled a second interview with Rams pass-game coordinator Nathan Scheelhaase for Monday, regardless of whether Los Angeles wins or loses tomorrow, per source. The interview will take place in California, either way.
