@virginmedia Hello. Many many times. I kept getting a date and promised this would be done, and then the standard text and email saying it was pushed out. I moved into a new property in feb and had been waiting until last week, when I decided to go for sky. Which was delivered the next day.

@virginmedia can you tell me what the actual issues are regarding installation? Coming on here it seems to be a common issue? It’s probably better if you just say ‘we can’t do it’ rather than all the lies. I waited months until I gave up.
