@PizzaExpress ... Why does your store at the O2 frequently close before the listed closing time ? Every time there is a different excuse. Can we not trust the opening times mentioned in your website and also at the store itself ?

@myfight2beheard Ingredients are listed based on the information provided by our suppliers, which can vary between products. Folic acid will become a legal requirement in non-wholemeal wheat flour across the UK from Dec 2026. Full ingredient and allergen details are available on our website.

@PizzaExpress your supermarket pizzas have folic acid listed in the ingredients yet your restaurant pizzas don't. Is this correct or a labelling error? Also, I notice many of your restaurant products, starters and desserts use wheat flour, some list folic acid others don't? Please clarify as this substance is toxic to many. @andrewworr Yes, that's absolutely fine. Your Birthday Reward becomes available from the first day of your birthday month, so you don't need to wait until your actual birthday to use it. And yes, you can use your Birthday Reward alongside your Gold Rewards and your survey voucher too. 🙂

@PizzaExpress visited your restaurant in Sutton Coldfield last week and checked into the app, spent over the reward amount but it says I didn’t get a stamp as I didn’t spend enough, think it’s because staff had to manually adjust my bill on the till and the app then showed £0😞

.@PizzaExpress couldn't work out at first why our usual Forentina pizza didn't taste as good as usual- we boxed half to take home - only now realised it was because they hadn't put any cheese on - we added mushroom as they were out of olives as well
