🚨 Pope Leo XIV just declared the Iran War unjust. Called it a war crime. Said it is “not solving anything.” Then told Americans directly: call Congress. End this war. The same Pope Trump called weak on crime. The same Pope Trump fabricated a nuclear quote from. The same Pope whose brother received a bomb threat after Trump attacked him. The same Pope Speaker Johnson lectured on theology. 1.4 billion Catholics heard their leader call this war a crime.

I think the right up there with the environmental impacts (energy, water, noise affecting humans and wildlife), the biggest concern is what the data centers enable (via the Palantir-Flock control grid) a technocracy-end of our Republic. It can handle the data to track us all and your digital ID tied to your social credit, tied to your carbon credit and vax/med pass—which determines your digital currency allowance (or instant withdrawal of fines for noncompliance) and buying allowance, your ability to have housing, food, electricity and water. The data centers can manage the planned technocratic-communism that eventually forces us into 15 minute cities. This is the last stand. And yes there will be jobs to build them, but not many to manage them. And as AI causes job losses, companies will show huge profits the first year. But when those unemployed cannot buy anything, those companies will be in loss in the years following. We are racing into a dystopia.

@ABC So we're ending electoral apartheid in the USA? Excellent news--it's the only way to a just, post-racial society.

Why do only 17% of active duty military members reach the 20 years of service required to make it to retirement and what factors contribute to this low percentage?

The US Navy lost about three times more men killed than the Marines did at Guadalcanal Similarly, it can be argued that the US navy submarine arm killed more imperial Japanese army personnel than the entire marine corps did during the central pacific drive
