A hearty soup today, leek, pea and ham (still to be bought) all to assist with the FAT club weight loss. The ham used for sandwiches later in the week 👍

Well we’re back, another date night tonight with Mrs M. Prep done, now getting ready for golf and a low fat Guinness before making some magic. Guess what it is yet?

The team have been in early and done a great job preparing the course 🥱 great young team looking to improve every day. Good luck to everyone taking part in todays @cheshirecatgolf and tomorrow’s 3&4th rounds at Wilmslow golf club

Sunday evening dinner, easy to make and very nice especially with a glass of Chardonnay. Salmon & Leek risotto, I would have liked king prawns in this dish, made with Arborio rice but think it would be better with Orzo pasta. 👍

Finished, dish 1, a hearty tomato and pepper soup with garlic croutons 😋
