@239_AaronLane@ScottyDeals@239Sneddon@NFMHS_Football Don’t bounce with the weight and don’t rest it on your upper thigh. Be in control of the weight. Jerky or uncontrolled movements, especially at that weight, greatly increases the chance of injury. I have no doubt you could hit this weight with perfect control.
